BUT...  does it sound reasonable to you that escrow investors are making such a BIG STINK right about now?... All investors should claim their EXO coins from launch day on until 50 days after to get their investment in EXO transferred.

No, this is not a refund period but the period you should claim your stake. If you don't, it will go into a promotionfund or get destroyed or whatever, but this is not a refund period, don't get confused.

What do you really think? That 49 days after launch they will still refund you while the coin is already being traded, perhaps below ICO buy-in level?

Distribute coins to investors (eta 4th November until end of January, Starting with early-birds, then 2nd stage, then free giveaway applications)
provide software/interfaces for exchanges and try to get listed(from ~15th November on)

I am a investor ,but my account was  hacked by someone ,can I get the coins use my email ?

I assume you invested directly...  this is what I found on the website:

If you have a direct investment please read this information: You download the eXocoin client, generate one address and tell eXo_coin via PM that address. If you have communicated with us only via email then write an email instead.

You're probably safe if the bold part is true in your case.  

If NOT...  I would communicate with the devs immediately through PM (and/or email) and provide them with a signed message from the sending BTC address asking that they do not take into consideration anything coming from the hacked account.

He will have to appear with the client working well.

Will have to show the next steps and give a good reason to take the money from Anon, eg leave test everything for a few weeks and open source code for analyse.

Whoever is thirsty, runs the risk of taking a scam.
