So let's say 100 investors with 1 BTC each go in as "early birds", 15% of total coins are shared between them? So 0.15% of total coins each? What then if (just humour me) only one invested puts up a single BTC in the second stage, does he then receive 5% of the total coins?

Maybe just to add: an early-bird will get more for 1BTC than a person at 2nd or 3rd stage. That is guaranteed. So (in theory) if there would only be earlybirds and no one invest at 2nd/3rd stage, than early birds will get 15+10+5% of course. If only one person want to be 3rd-stagler then he surely will not get 5%. More info about that: Please read post #21 and #22 (page 2)

If one can not confer upon another a right which he does not himself first possess, by what means does the state derive the right to engage in behaviors from which the public is prohibited?

Gamble participation is up 1000% this year.  I'd be very cautious on this one.

Thank you all! Confirmed.

Alright Anon, warm welcome onboard :-)

Since numbers are growing I just want to say again (it should be obvious after reading the ANN but anyway) that we do not know Anon136 or any other escrow service provider personally. So, of course, it is at the investor's risk to either trust an escrow provider or to trust us directly. I do not want - in no way - discourage you using Anon136 or some other escrow provider! Just want to emphasize that it is at your own risk to trust escrow providers (ok - the alternative is to trust us - maybe not better for many people Wink ).
We will refund all investments if we cannot deliver, as stated. However it should be clear that we cannot give any investment back if an escrow provider (only if!) is going to scam you and we will only give out EXO for investments that will be arrived in our wallet one day before launch.

Again, do not get in panic or something. There is no hidden message in this text or something. I just wrote this to reemphasize what already has been said before. And to make that part clear and straight to the point: We highly appreciate the escrow service provided by Anon136!

Hope you understand what I am trying to say (maybe to have it short: we cannot be responsible for something that we are not responsible for).
Thank you everyone for investing in and promoting eXocoin! Thank you also for your kind words.
I hope you will like the whitepaper and ongoing development.
your eXocoin team

I will tell you later if we are going to start accepting NXT. The rate would be taken from the day before launch. Please hold on some few hours.
