I think he means the hundreds of BTC he gains if this coin takes off after launching!

 

No I mean the hundreds of BTC from anon. If he delivers a product which is good at the first look it's fine and he gets the money. After 2 days someone could hack it or it becomes public that it isn't decentralized and he vanishes. But he still has the BTC.

Anon doesn't keep hundreds of btc. Also we agreed that eXo will be receiving small parts of investment during some time.

And I bet he has a nice piece of coins, maybe 3-5%. It's in his best interest launch a solid stable coin which will make him rich. It's not a big problem to find someone to check the code for flaws.

Anon holds 100 BTC.
So not hundreds, but still 100. Nearly $50k.

Where is the problem?

We all know that IPOs are very risky business.
So it would be better to think twice before you make an investment.
Sure, there are all the time those guys without balls.
For those I propose a new free time activity: Knitting or feeding ducks with old bread.
Both will treat with care your nerves of wax! 

In my opinion, EXO-Coin will be a huge success.

I was one of the first people applied for email giveaway. I thought about to invest, but I didn't know if then I wouldn't get coins from giveaway. IPO investors could profit really good, but some of them could loose on this IPO. There is much investors and if they run for dumping their IPO shares to profit something like x10 or x5 than price easily can go down even below IPO price, and you need to know that there will be miners which will dumping this coin without any profit, spending more for electricity than earning on mining.  And of course there would be much market manipulators.
This coin could be a next big thing, but you can destroy it with greed. So don't be greedy and don't dump this instantly if you want success of this great new coin.

Right! The next update should already have been online regarding the information I gave. But we did need more time for that update than initially thought.

At this moment of time the update is nearly finished and is about to be tested. I would say that we can manage to bring it online within 4 to 8 hours. (shutting down all nodes right now until then).

You are right. To get that coins we must deliver a working product first. Anyway I think that most of you believe that we really want to succeed and not just only for the profit. Thanks for the people putting trust into us and our product! To the worried people: yes I know that there are many scammers around, I can understand that. Just be patient and wait for the next version(s) of the beta client and test it. The IPO has ended so there is nothing that you have to decide right now about eXocoin in general. But please sign up for the free giveaway if not already done. Besides: We are going to release huge parts of the code some days before the launch. So you could check for code flaws and if it is really a decentral system etc. The code is 12,000 lines in length and has been developed from scratch. You will see that this is true once we have released the huge parts.

total value of ipo about 350/400 btc, : 100.000.000exo =  1exo = 0.000004/0.0000035 BTC right now, i highly doubt that will be dumped to a lower price at least.

50.000.000 x 6 months (180 days) 1 block every 10 min = 1929 exo x block = 277776 a day spreaded over N miners....

Your math is a bit off, though the result is close.

100M total, but only 42M From the IPO. (23.5% stage 1 and 18.5% stage 2).
I don't know what's in escrow, but it's about 150btc from direct investment. Probably another 50ish from escrow.

Roughly 476 satoshi / 1 EXO based on these figures.

 I have seen so many people's math was educated by sport teacher.  

 According to normal trade ration,  1 BTC = 40 LTC, 1.5 BTC = 60 LTC,  you will get extra 10 LTC if you invest 50 LTC. You should fell luck.. So am I .  

 Maybe their think LTC price will higher than BTC in future....
