[-1 source in RU local] Alex_Sr merit source application - Approve!

Hello!

My name is Alex. This is my application for merit source.
 
I like to look for interesting historical posts, like statistics, but most of the time I spend in the Russian local Board.

P.S. Up topic led me 3 facts:

- Fact 1 - one of the merit sources esmanthra more than a month did not appear on the forum (28 Jan)
- Fact 2 - the Russian local Board at the moment works fully 1 Merit source - chimk! (xandry, klarki and Vadi2323 are much less active)
- Fact 3 - I have 0 sendable merit (sMerit)

This may give some context to your claims:



The above are the top 5 merit senders on the local Russian board. The number of awarded sMerits shown is from an accumulative point of view. On the Merit Dashboard you can play around and delimit the timeframe, add the users you wish, and view the data by performing a mouse-over.
What I did initially was go to the "Rankings tab",  and filter by Russian local board to retrieve top sMerit senders. Then on the Sent Merit Chart I delimited the section again to Russian, and added the 5 names I wanted in the From User Name box (one by one).

Edit 20190308: Modified the Merit Dashboard to make the procedure easier. You can now simply go to the Sent Merit Chart, filter the board, and select the users by performing multiple selection on the list on the left (already sorted by sent merit descending).

Supporting Alex_Sr although I am applicant of merit source. Especially he is very active on Russian local board. As far as I know and noticed from his merit history, he is fair and decent merit distributor. Hope admin will consider Alex_Sr as a merit source.

Not many Russian-speaking users who contribute to the forum, as I would like, so I was glad when I saw this application. I also support Alex_Sr as a source merit.

Glad you started this thread--ironically, I would give OP some merit but I ran out of them.  

I will send a "merit" on your behalf, I agree that he made a good analysis.

P.S. I hope that The Pharmacist will be able to send some merit for the needs of Ru Local, since at the moment I am also empty.

I can help you bump your thread in case that it is not being acknowledge. This is the only way I can help you out on your likes to become a merit source.

Some merit source were just being pointed out though they are not applying for it. It is a discretion of the admin especially theymos on how they will chose a merit source.

Anyway, you are qualified to be a merit source thinking that you have already zero smerits in you meaning that you are not hoarding your smerits unlike other usrers that has been merited many times and just hoarding up smerits.

Well you should not worry OP since there are perfect time for everything. I am bumping this thread again to support your application on becoming a merit source.

I have seen that your application is indeed needed in your local board. Have you considered PM theymos about this so that he can direct you in the process? A few amount of smerits to be allocated in your case will do good to the local board.

I just wish also that all local boarss will have a merit source as it seems that many high rank users had been ban. So, it is time to replace them with a user that could reach to higher rank with hard earn merit and through the help of a local board merit source if possible.
