I don't think Litecoin has a future long-term. It achieves nothing more than Bitcoin.
If the whole market goes up 4x soon, then yeah, LTC will hit $400.
But I don't think the market will make even 2x this year.

if the bitcoin will hit 20k again. Absolutely the movement of litecoin will depend on the bitcoin. I should say as a better lite version of bitcoin rather than bitcoin cash. Whether people are predicting about the future litecoin and the valuation will always depend on the bitcoin as the main crypto that gives a special value to the litecoin.

It  can easily happen if there is a new bullish season, but taking in consideration the actual market conditions, i do not think that we are gonna see those numbers anytime soon

It is not impossible to happen in the next weeks or months, but unfortunately we should not be too optimistic to believe that this is a certainty, but rather we should consider it as a possibility. The market is dependent on Bitcoin and if prices Bitcoin is not up high other altcoins will also be in decline.

I don't think that litecoin will back to 400$. This is not a good project and probably this is going down only. One chance to grow is when bitcoin back to 15-20k$, but now there is a small chance.

I think it is but only when the price of bitcoin will grow like before to around 20k. If the price of bitcoin will grow it will bring every other coin with it to the top, or at least most of coins.

Litecoin is behaving like a testnet for bitcoin, always rising in price when they add new technology on top of their protocol.
I expect it will follow other altcoins and bitcoin and if whole market goes up then litecoin will follow

Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and its price fluctuates a lot on every news which comes out and is related to it.
Its very difficult to tell the exact time when a coin is going to rise and what will be reason.

After Charlie dumped all of his LTCs, I doubt that it could rocket anytime soon. Probably we could wait for new updates and upgrades. I still have faith that this token is best for transferring funds.

Yes, it was a very shameful move of him to let his Litecoins alone. I'm also very optimistic it will be place for a good time in the future for Litecoin again.

Ltc is pumping based on news there is no strong reason for ltc price hike previous pumps happened once Charley lee joined ltc from coinbase another big pump happened when litrpat announce once it failed price crashed . So wait for next big news

Wait until after the lightening network gets going!  Litecoin as one of the big players in the lightening network is going to gain so much utility.  Lots of bitcoin alternatives will be pointless and it will be back to the good old days of the gold and silver giants for the exchange of value coins.

Lightning network doesn't matter a lot to the litecoin because it's the bitcoin scalability solution (off-chain) that brings only a short hype to the litecoin, Litepay.us is the real reason there was a pump for litecoin until it has reached around $400 USD for each litecoin. And litepay.us just hype created by the team.

LTC will probably move with the market but as a platform it offers very little in terms of long term success. Just my opinion though.

possible, but it takes time. you see recent bull market also gone for 170$.  i noticed that , if bitcoin not performing very well , litecoin too not performing very well.

bitcoin increment same as litcoin increment.

The price of bitcoin affects the litecoin's price. If bitcoin price goes down, litecoin's price will also go down. I think this goes to most if not all other altcoins. But basing on the charts bitcoin will rise. Im very positive. So litecoin will join the ride. Also, there has been a little uptrend for litecoin due to a recent update.

Why? Litecoin is still a very good payment option. Litecoin will ever have a right to exist.
