SnowBall Mining PreSale has Started.

What is it?

My understanding from SBM admins is that there is no KYC check and no US investor accreditation process, despite the impending move to Oregon.  Seems like that would be unwise given that you're selling unlicensed securities.  I'm interested in investing but that's a huge concern for me.
