Current system is just fine. Wait for your money, you will get it. The end.

Not opposed to this either. Especially if it means not increasing the pool fee.

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

I like the current system, as it feels "ordered" - you get your money the same time each day and you know how much they should be so you can easily spot anything out of the order, be happy about good days, snicker in the corner in bad ones. Well that when it not get delayed by cryptsy, but even then, I got double the next day and easily follow the same line.
That said, I'm fine with 2% till the buffer fills up, but for what I see you may actually lose "customers" if you bump it, sad but true.

Agreed.

One of the reason I dont like CleverMining is their 3-4 a day payment system. I personally dont want to keep track of hundreds of transactions over time.

Waffle has demonstrated he is trustworthy, so even if a payment is late I know I will get it the next day.

And a dedicated forum for interaction with multiple threads instead of a mega thread please!

We already have that, at reddit. www.reddit.com/r/wafflepool

Poolwaffle, I know it's a wee bit more work, but would it be possible to copy/paste your updates there as well?

As for the fees, one of the reasons I'm here is the low 1% fee.

At this point, I'd much rather use reddit as well.

poolwaffle, I personally think that you should raise your fee permanently to 1.5% (that is what multipool.us charges), and also allow each person to set a donation percent above that 1.5% mandatory fee. Your current reject and stale rates are extremely low - and if you maintain those, I believe the 1.5% is very much worth it. 2% I think is stretching it a little and may make some people switch to other pools. Just my opinion. I have switched to your pool almost 2 days ago (when all this started happening), and I have loved not only your pool/network, but also how you've been communicating with your members thus far. I think you should also install either a chatbox on your website, or a forum of some type so we can communicate there instead of having to chase down threads in both bitcoin forum or reddit.

Also, I have a quick question if I may... Since you use Cryptsy, could one use the Cryptsy trade key as their address (it's for user to user transfers), so there is no fee @ Cryptsy for the deposit of BTC each day? Or do you have to use a BTC address? Thought I would ask Smiley

Yeah, I know some folks see the format as odd. It's really trivial, actually. Just topics and posts under them with nested replies.

While it would be possible in theory, I don't forsee us adding it any time soon, as its just one more thing we'd have to add/maintain in the future, and the fees aren't much of an issue (its 0.0005 to withdraw from cryptsy, which we'd be needing to do anyway for the rest of the accounts).  The only thing it would avoid is the withdrawal delays (and those would still exist for most users).  Plus, as we add exchanges, it wouldn't be easy to support Smiley

It can be a bit confusing, but in reality is just another forum. The main difference being how threads are sorted by default.

Keep things like they're now, it's fine, even if sometimes there is some delay.

Most important is that our work is not lost Smiley

I think this is evidence enough that PW is doing things the right way here. Let's keep the profitability moving up and worry less about complex payout solutions! Thanks again for the efforts PW!

Agreed. I can't imagine how frustrating this must be the last week or so, and especially the last couple of days, with the cryptsy issues, bugs, etc. Nice job staying on top of it all Poolwaffle.

Well your right!! The fee does have its advantage, One of the BEST!!!! fees I have seen, That being said , I have not been here that long not sure if this delayed pay out happens often. If it doesm you can maybe temporarily increase fee to 1.5-1.7% to build some funds then once enough funds has been created to create some automated systems to make your life easier for yourself as well then either reduce by a few points once done, or what ever.. maybe 1.4% so that way the 0.4 is for the auto trading, and you get a a clean 1% for your work and support.

(slightly OT):
RickJamesBTC... you're mining with CM?  How's the payouts/MH (by your calculations, not CMs)?

I've had great luck with WP for the last few weeks, my trials with CM didn't fair so well.
