I'm getting huge variance from these miners.  It would be nice if you had some sort of contact with the owner and if there was some type of rep system.

I rented a 1400 kh/s from bloodybetarigs which isn't going above even 1Mh/s and another miner I was renting cut to half speed for half an hour.

At the rate they are charging it there shouldn't be any less than advertised.

I agree that some sort of renter / provider contact would be a useful feature. I've had a couple of rigs where the pool that the renter selected has gone down (one was throwing all kinds of memcached errors followed by MySQL DB Connect errors) and I feel bad that there's no way to let them know. Unfortunately as providers we're powerless to do anything about it except wait for the pool to come back up. The double whammy is that the renter probably thinks the rig isn't working.

You're verifying the password that you entered in the box above i.e. you enter the password twice to verify that you typed it correctly the first time. It could be better worded  Smiley

Yeah it confused me too the first time I looked at it. It's definitely a bit vague, could be referring to a verification PIN or anything else. It should at least read "Password Verification" Tongue

Yup, I was looking for a missing Captcha image. Most sites just use "Repeat Password" or "Type Password Again".

@mjajansen.

My friend dont accuse people for scamming if something went wrong with the service.

Im the owner of the ring...and ofc i didnt recieved any paymet.

If you read the FAQ of the service...the owner gets payed after the rental has been finished and all went smooth.

Apparently in our case something happened with the service. Since my ring never started to mine for you.

So i have never scammed you. IM sure Mux will refund you on the next manual payouts.

Ah ok, i hope next time the service will work, i was just worried about my coins.

I will delete the post and send mux a pm.

Morning update

And a morning payout!

I started taking the 2% fee. Now I will get much bigger servers for betarigs  Grin

I'm now processing case by case the various incorrectly sent amount of BTC. Please be careful! Also, I'll be doing that the mornings only.

I think I'll be looking at opening a ticket system this morning -- getting support requests all over the place!

And then... hopefully adding feedback system to the rentals today!

Rigs owner: Until i put the contact system in place, put ways to contact you in the Rig description.

Let's get to code now  Grin

Good service mux - So the rig i lease had a card go down - i contacted the owner and he confirmed that a card went down and that he would refund me the difference in what i paid for and what he delivered - is this something he can do or do you need to do this - I have the conversation if you need it.

Also there should be a way to send support tickets without having to reply to this thread

I think I definitely need to add a "give extra hours" button feature to the rig owner...
Meanwhile, if you can arrange it between yourselves, perfect!

Just had my first rental payment come through, and straight into another 48 lease. Smiley

Good work so far Mux, looking forward to implementation of feedback reviews and contact abilities.

As stated in my rig info, anyone who rents my rig (#19) can contact me via pm on here.

Very nice and it seems to be working well, it would be easier thought if i could define the Price/Mh/day when i add a new rig and not the price for the whole rig, you made me do some extra math ^^

You might also consider accepting LTC, it confirms faster ^^

Is there a reason we need to use a different wallet address for each rig we have for rent?  I'd like all of them to go to the same address, just for simplicity.

Also, if there is a way for renters to see the stats of the rig they're renting, could that info be shared with the rig owner too?  It's easy enough to check cgminer and see how its performing, but it'd be nice to see what's coming through the other side to verify they're getting service as described.

Thanks again.
