how would i go over combining the hashrate of 2 mining rigs on 1 betarig account?
Just enter the same user name (EX: John-Smith-786) for multiple machines :] When the "rig" is rented, both will go to work on whatever pool the renter points them at.

This is how some people are renting huge (20 or 30MH/s) blocks under one "rig"

whomever is renting my rig (368), whatever pool you are on the diff is jumping from 900-4k and spamming "requested work restart."  Virtually no shares are being accepted due to this

Just a heads up

I sure did, but no response in the past ~1hr.  I figured I would give it a shot and post something here.  Never seen a pool do what this one is doing to my miner.

if Lombaqe is here, he is getting around 40-50% rejects.... i don't know what some people are using for their pool

short switch to my own showed steady hasing with ~1% reject

this is something we as rig owners cannot monitor for the renters all the time... if they choose to go "high profit" "new coin" "shiny pool"... then this is what they get...

so again, change your pool to something useful, else you are wasting your money!

Hi mux

Please implement ticket number system and or a way to track issues on an account. Yesterday I rented Rig 496 but the payment missed by literally a minute or two, so my rental expired and 0.495 BTC was still delivered to the betarigs address. I opened the ticket but obviously there was no way to track it since there is no ticket number system.

Of course we are now having problems in IRC with the netsplit too  Roll Eyes

Thanks in advance.

Dear Mux
thanks for your awesome service.
But there's a little thing that I would love to see.
Please add a calculated field on the rig creation/edit page that will show Price/Mh/day value. Because if I want to lease my rig at a special price - I gotta edit-refresh a lot.
Thanks.

Someone just rented one of my rigs but it's showing "JSON Auth Failed: (null)" in the readout repeatedly.  I know it's configured correctly as it's rented before without issues.  What does this error indicate?

Thanks

Just a heads up to anyone renting under 0.0145 BTC/MH/day... you can make more straight mining DOGE (after the most recent difficulty decrease)

I love having my rigs rented out as much as anyone, however, going below 0.0145 BTC/MH/day makes no sense right now, as instead of getting a premium for renting, you are making less than if you just mined for yourself :-/

UPDATES
First of all, in the next 4 days I'll be attending to other matters, so there will be no updates as fast as in the last days Smiley I'll be making the payouts and reviewing the offline rigs tickets.

ANNOUNCE
All the not recognized rent payments tickets will be processed only next Saturday or Sunday!
Exceptions will be for big amounts ( > 0.1 BTC, saw a mention of 0.5 BTC) <- PM me in this case.
The reason is, they are very time-consuming and I need to create a process that semi-automatize the process for me.
To give you an idea, I have so far answered and closed 120 tickets manually. There are 2 majors source of tickets:
- Rented rig is offline. For this, I have created and almost finished a semi-automatic process and it is finally now much faster for me to process.
- Wrong amount sent, and payment not recognized. I get maaany of them, and I realized yesterday I was beginning to double-refund users that send double-tickets.... So I definitely to track stuff and organize that!

Also, I didn't tested it so I didn't officially supported it, but farms of 20/30 Mh/s have been tested and are now rented apparently successfully!

And besides that... get ready for many new updates starting next week  Grin

A final note: I know I'm not answering many of you on PMs or IRC, and believe me, I really really hate to ignore people.. but I really need to optimize my time, and believe me I'm answering the most important Smiley

Yes that is often requested indeed! One of my next priorities.

Mux,

Just had a renter raise a valid point... He rented for 2 days, however, it only shows up as "1 day". I know it's actually 1 day 23 hour 59 min, however, if you displayed both day and hours that would help clear up any confusion :]

Eheh yes got it!

The only problem I see with that is that if the pool is vardiff, you're going to end up with insane difficulty as all rigs appear to be one worker. Not sure a short rental period would overcome the inherent statistical variance and it may end with a lot of speed complaints.

why would somebody complain about speed?

had the same with a singe rent. they used a messed up pool and sait, my rig didn't give enough speed. that is just rediculous. kH mining power does not equal WU...

Dev why can't you just create a ''balance'' in account which we can top-up instead of sending for each rig every time a payment?
It sucks ass really... If i want to rent 10servers at time I dont have time to wait for when 10 different bitcoin payments would process.

+1

Yesterday i sent more than 0.06 for rig and my payment wasn't received. I will wait for support. Also this feature solves other problem when users can reserve rig for some time, don't sent any money but rig is still unavailable Smiley

Oceanwhispers: Got home finally. My gpu core clock underclocked itselft to 100mhz then died. No idea wtf happened there.
So I reckon thats why you were only getting 50kh/s.
Anyway, look out for a reimbursement and extra tip for being a patient and helpful person.

Better luck with your future rigs.
