SHA-256 Support added! You can now put your ants, planets and all others Bitcoin asics @ Betarigs You should use "Price/Th/day" not "Price/Gh/day". For 0.0002 BTC/Gh/day is not profitable at all at the current difficulty.

I have enabled a new rig, now the Betarigs pool gives me work (and I even find blocks!) even when the rig is "Offline" and thus prevents the miner from using the backup pool. I have to manually switch to the backup pool, this prevents normal operations for the future client of the rented contract.
Please look into this.

Same here. Twice today, my farm has happily continued submitting shares to the renter's pool 2 hours after the rental should have ended, with the status listed as "rented - available in a few moments." This is a deal-breaker until it gets fixed.

Been smooth sailing ever since....

Next issues: - my keccak rig is redirected from l68.rigs.eu.betarigs.com to some cryptovein address which obviously has only scrypt coins... - same rig is now showing rejected shares non-stop and I keep restarting the miner to hopefully fix it [2014-03-22 12:25:02] Rejected e4fbcdbd Diff 1/13 GPU 0 pool 0 (Invalid share)- another rig for keccak is connected and stable for 10 hours already with no issue I can't risk providing a bad service for our clients so I scheduled the rig to maintenance mode. Also some people have support tickets open. I am sure you are busy and this is the weekend, but we really appreciated your previous timely communications.

I've got a couple questions.
If I want to rent a rig. What do I have to give to the owner of the rig?
Stratum adress? Workers? pool name? paymentadress? Thanks in advance!

You don't give the owner anything. Once you confirm your rental, betarigs will give you an address and the exact amount you need to transfer. On the same page you will find text boxes for the stratum address, worker name and password. Just fill those and wait by your pools dashboard.... you should see the hashes come in

So I'll make as many workers as I need and fill those in on the betarigs page. Thanks!

Well, it's one worker/pool per rental. You can rent as many rigs as you want, of course. (am I just stating the obvious here?)

Hello,
Thanks to the help of one rig owner, we discovered that a pool recently used on Betarigs (cryptovein.com) was using an uncommon and undocumented stratum command that had a bad side effect.
This had the effect of making the rigs reconnect to another stratum server, completely bypassing Betarigs. Because of that, the mining was never stopped. So this explains why in Betarigs, it was stuck in "Ends in a few moments" -- we display this label when we do not see the rig anymore, and we weren't seeing the rig anymore, since it was bypassing Betarigs. This could not have been exploited by customers, as the credentials used on the reconnected stratum servers were the rig owner betarigs credentials. So the customers are not credited with the mining on the reconnected stratum server.
This is now fixed, and for the affected cgminers still mining after end of rental, you just need to reboot them. We have identified 7 rigs affected by this.

See the above post -- this is now fixed. Also, if a customer were to mine a non-keccak pool with your keccak miner, that would be entirely the customer's fault and your rig would be paid anyway. - same rig is now showing rejected shares non-stop and I keep restarting the miner to hopefully fix it [2014-03-22 12:25:02] Rejected e4fbcdbd Diff 1/13 GPU 0 pool 0 (Invalid share)
Guess it was due to cryptovein being scrypt and your miner being Keccak.

I rented this 2 rigs: #2827 #2771 and until now it doesn't mine what i want.(10hours lost) I tried to mine with my card on the pool and it worked so, I don't know why the rigs don't mine.

Not quite.... just saw that my rigs were connecting to east1.cryptovein about an hour back... I dont know how long they were hashing away for free, but I have disabled connecting to betarigs for the time being. It's rig # 1930

Mux, Renter walkingglitch has rented and cancelled rigs after not paying multiple times on my rigs on 2 different accounts. Check his activity and plz block him Also yesterday, there was sudden demand for n-scrypt and when my rig became available, walkingglitch rented it , blocked it for 30 minutes and then cancelled rent. By that time rent had reduced 4 time son n-scrypt. This is either rig owner blocking other rig or customer blocking rig and waiting if another cheaper rig becomes available. Untill u get wallet for site, Rig owners will keep getting frustrated.
