Hi there -

Edit 2: Okay now that I've corrected for my own stupidity - I am leasing Gamer2, and my hashrate is  @ 0 on the pool I've added.  Could you take a look?
Final edit: there it is, everything looking good.

Great. Wink

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I hired a rig 12 hrs ago for a 72 hour mining period.  I just checked "My Rigs" and it is not there any more.  Checked email for message from rig admin... nothing.

The order still shows in my history.  Whats going on here?

Hi there,

The miner had an issue. Not sure what yet as I have just got in, but it went offline for a little while and Leaserig automatically cancels the lease and refunds you the remainder of your payment.

72(-3600m)

If I would have caught it in time I would have given you the time lost plus one but there is not much that I can do now as you have already been refunded.

Sorry about that.

Altcoinkid:

I see that you have hired another of my miners now.

I have added two hours to that lease for you.

Check please Gamer5.

Hello,

Gamer5 seems to have gone offline for some reason. I am looking into it now. You have been refunded for the time automatically by the Leaserig system.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have added some extra time to your Gamer4 lease.

Hi there,

The downtime that you see is because the pool that you selected to use was having connection issues (BTC Guild usa server). You had only set the one pool and no failover. It is because of me that you have any earnings at all as I added the backup pool for you (BTC Guild eu server). So I am sorry to say that I should not have to compensate you for only setting one pool and no backup. I did the best I could to assist you by setting a pool that was actually working so you could earn something. I am sorry but I should not be held responsible for a lack of backup being set. The miner was up and working the whole time.

Might I suggest that you set a backup pool in the future and try to at least monitor your lease periodically.

Strangely, the rest of Riga worked stably Potomts ... I did not understand what the problem is, but watching the situation. Well, nothing to do ...

Gamer5 rented for 13 hours, random down (but pools were both having issues as well) and the miner is currently off with 12 hrs left on contract. Please restart.

Hi there,

Sorry for the delay in responding.

As far as I can tell there was/is some issues with the pools you selected.

Not sure what the problem is with Tompool but there is some issue.

What speeds are being reported on ispace.co.uk ?

I have added two hours to your lease in light of the issues with the pools. The miner has been up 100% of the time so I can only assume there is an issue with the pool(s).

Hi Gamer67!
I've rented your Gamer2 X11 rig around a couple hours ago for 8 hs.
The rig is working a bit funny since a while. Please see the screenshot following this link: http://imgur.com/Z4lmBMc .

Also, there are many alternative mining pools auto-adding to my list and getting to the first place. Is it possible that your rig got hijacked or something like that? I couldn't take a proper screenshot as they come and go.
Wrong pools are supermultipool and some user zyduuu1.

The pools I did select are just nicehash and suchpool as backup. Probably one of them is duplicated as leaserig constantly loses connection with your rig and I couldn't manage it smoothly.

I'm renting other rigs at the same time at leaserig to same pools without any issue, thus it's neither my connection nor pools.
I would appreciate if you could take care of this issue whenever you got a moment.
Thanks!

My best,

Ron.

Hi Ron,

I am investigating the issue for you now. I Have added the maximum allowed extra time to your lease that leaserig will allow (30% of your lease time: 162minutes).

I have restarted the miner and will be monitoring it for any issues.

Sorry about the problems.

Kind regards

"I am not Dorian Nakamoto."
