If this is the question, you are not limited to a device, also by principle, we may know you when downloading the app but we can not link anything to you, not even your vault, as all is done and uniquely done by you, all and all, is client based... as far as you know the keys you had  chosen, your can recover your vault and valuables, from any other device you later one can get access to, you will need to download the app to call your vault, access it with the proper keys and thereafter recompose files, de-encrypt it (can be different keys if you choose so) and get it back, from whenever you are and wherever you are/ Vortix

Hello I can not properly understand your question, but if you are talking about when will be available, Beta which is almost usable, will be available around end of 2018/early 2019 max. It can be download on any smart mobile device, tabs and computers. You will only need as additional app, any Metamask extension to make it easy...if you plan to use the services...

Overall, this is a very fast developing for wide product. Whether collecting investment affect the date of the presentation of the product? As I understand, you are ready to continue to develop and look for investors at the same time.
