A "buck" isnt valid collateral. Read https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0 and either provide valid collateral that is 120% of what youre asking that can be easy to liquidate or lock this thread before a DT gives you a negative feedback.

He's not mad. Simply that this kind of information is becoming redundant and we're tired of the number of scammers that have passed through this forum.

Increasing it would work, but since you don't have the $10 in fiat or BTC (seeing that you need this loan) it'll probably need to be something that has value of more than $10 than a lender could easily get the money for its value for. And also - sure, it's 'just 10 dollars' but trivializing your loan amount will hardly inspire confidence in people wanting to do this loan and get their money back.
