Time to change the scrypt code for more memory minus the fork, that should make your little chips worthless other than mining bitcoin.

Do you think they would do that?
They never did with BTC which is a shame but I don't see LiteCoin acting fast on anything it seems.

Does anyone want to help me pay with btc? Mine won't clear by the deadline. I live in Canada and will paypal asap. Also, is there any setup required for the usb device, or is it just plug and play? New to asic. Thanks

I see the "1-chip" wallet has been funded to just around 29 btc, which is the asking price for 300 miners sans shipping costs at the coinbase rate of 810.80; Will you be gunning it before 300 pledgers pay up?

Granted, a risk but it would ensure that you have the goods at the first possible opportunity.

Of course they will change the code and it will render your little usb chips worthless for scrypt mining.

A concern for buyers which is why I purchased only 1

5 chip unit  which can do 8gh.  My problem is a power lack and limit as I have a 7 or 8 gpu power limit.  and while it is a big concern that this becomes outdated  for lite coin there are other coins.  in fact i could see a grid seed coin that favors this chip (why not)

Do these mine standalone?  All of the pictures I have seen of them have that 10 unit industrial power supply attached.  How can you get power to them with a normal psu?
