For anyone having ISSUES with POOLS and/or SOLO MINING... Here's the guide on how-to solo mine EBT.
Just follow these 6 simple steps.

1. Download the QT (https://mega.co.nz/#!YpV1jBRC!zhm_drPqkalU8yIc8GvW2Qao9r-ohB7E94-THGU8mKE)

2. After you've downloaded the QT, extract the files to a folder of your choosing and run the EBT QT application. Once the blockchain is downloaded, exit the QT

3. After you've made sure the QT is no longer runnin, make an %AppData%\Roaming\EBT\EBt.conf file with the following content in it:

rpcuser=username
rpcpassword=password
rpcallowip=192.168.*.*
rpcport=3136
daemon=1
server=1
addnode=206.72.206.148

4. Start your QT with these new settings

5. Make sure that the cgminer.conf in your cgminer folder doesn't contain any pool addresses. Settings for your cards are fine, but no pool URL / user / pass / etc.

6. Then start:

cgminer --scrypt -o http://ip.address.ofyour.computer:3136 -u username -p password
