Rig down for 2 hours now
power was out for a little more than 2 hours. It's back on now, rental time extended. sorry for the trouble. |

Only a 40 minute extension when things were down for hours?
Can you check the extension history? I think you missed the first extension I extended your rental twice, the first one is 150 mins for about 140 mins of downtime. second extension is 40 mins for about 20 mins of downtime. |

Got your message. Sorry for the trouble. I will go fix the problem and add more hash power to compensate (so you get the same amount of hash you paid for) . You should see it fixed in about 25 mins. Thanks |

Notice:
Connection to Dedicatedpool is unstable. Please use other pools when possible.
Didn't see this till after the rental was done. Spent three hours on dedicatedpool, with no problems at all  Good rental. Next time maybe I'll pay better attention to feedback threads, but it worked out. |

Dear renters The power company is doing a unscheduled check up at the nearby transmission station. Everything will be back online in a hour or so. I will add 120% of downtime to the rental. Sorry for the trouble and thanks for your understanding. |

Rig did go down due to power company, but EZ more then made up for the down time.

Rented EZ3 (Scrypt 3.50 MH/s) for 6 hours and was more pleased and extended lease 3 hours more. Great rig, thank you!
