They are scammers or real. How we can find a Genuine one?

You sound like one who is desperate. This environment abhors desperate and impatient people. The whole concept of blockchain ecosystem is in its infant stages. Although so much has been achieved, there is still so much to be done. All ICOs are developing products, most of which are just entering the market, not fully tested. So if you are desperate, you will develop apathy.
