Let's take a look at this PGP message, one by one.

"This is a signed message using the Bitcoin Blender PGP key certifying that address 17i3aE69aBw6djuqjfqnuwMqtX7reHP37S has been created by Bitcoin Blender. Coins sent to this address (minimum amount is 0.02 BTC) between 2017-12-04 12:54 UTC and 2017-12-06 12:54 UTC will be mixed and new coins sent to 16nwbEWtLDkAquVkZMMen4bU8FuEF63vaN"

"This is a signed message using the Bitcoin Blender PGP key certifying that address 17i3aE69aBw6djuqjfqnuwMqtX7reHP37S has been created by Bitcoin Blender. [...]"
Ok, that part gives us the address - https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/address/17i3aE69aBw6djuqjfqnuwMqtX7reHP37S

"Coins sent to this address (minimum amount is 0.02 BTC) [...]"

That part gives us a minimum amount.

And lets look at your transaction.
596e906703a9460ba0c12e4d9a4a45444daa451659107e4b7949cee28437d5d3
17i3aE69aBw6djuqjfqnuwMqtX7reHP37S (0.00816000)

Conclusion: You did not read about the minimum amount for a quickmix and sent 0.00816 BTC, which is below the 0.02 BTC minimum.
You were not scammed, you didn't send enough BTC.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

@TryNinja
@Lutpin
thank you for helping puzzle this out.
0.02 btc is a lot more fiat, than it used to, so this caught me of guard.
@blender
I hope this reaches you here, as your onion site seems to keep eating my inputs.
I know this was my mistake, but could you refund me anyway?
Also having a conversion into Dollars on Site would go a long way in preventing ppl
in making this mistake again, in the way of (minimum amount is 0.02 BTC (approximately 300 dollars)
in big bold sparkly font, as it is very impotrant

Use the support ticket option to reach out, you'll get a faster answer than on here.

The minimum comes from transaction costs during the mixing, rather than fiat conversion.

There is a phishing site that is pretty high on google search results of bitcoin blender, its the third in the list. Its important to use the correct URL and it can be found on the first post on this thread.

I had made a small deposit of bitcoins on to my Bitcoin-Blender account (UserID RonCally3), whilst logged in to URL bitcoin-blender.com (so not the phishing site) and the coins have not appeared despite being confirmed on the transaction in block-chain.
There is no clearnet site you can log into.
The clearnet site is fully informational, you cannot make deposits or register accounts there.
The only vaild URL for BitBlender is http://bitblendervrfkzr.onion/ (TOR).

Cleared it all up with support and got the money forwarded after all.
I'll know about the minimum deposit for next time.
Support was nice and helpful.
Will use the service in the future.

Sorry for all the drama and thanks for verifying PGP!

Coins are added to your balance once the transaction have 2 confirmations, if your wallet supports it you can do RBF or you can try to do CPFP if you sent the change output to your own wallet.

New fee system on Bitcoin Blender, new minimum deposit amount and minimum withdraw amount.

I have always had a minimum withdraw limit of 0.01 BTC but with the raise of bitcoins value this is almost 200 USD now, many users are requesting that i lower this restriction.

I do not want a minimum amount, it is only there because the service fee (1-3%) I take must cover the bitcoin transaction fees i pay for mixing the coins and withdraws, if the user deposited amount is too low i lose bitcoins mixing them because the transaction fee costs are higher than what i earn in service fee.

If i could i would not have minimum restrictions at all.

When I checked https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ a few days ago, a normal transaction (226 bytes) needed 0.001 BTC to be confirmed in the next block.

If each withdraw made from Blender costs me 0.001 BTC to send I lose bitcoin on users who mix below 0.1 BTC if the randomized fee is 1%.

The solution is not to raise the minimum withdraw to 0.1 BTC and turn away even more users. And i also do not want to shut down.

So I have instead decided to add an extra fee per deposit made to Blender on top of the normal 1-3% randomized service fee.
This extra fee will be based on my bitcoin nodes current estimated fee of a 1 block confirmation time, it is the same fee estimation i use on sending withdraws.

Unfortunately this creates a minimum amount for deposits which i did not previously have, for example if the current estimated transaction fee is 0.00098 BTC and you make a deposit with lower than that value you will receive 0 BTC in your balance for that deposit.

If the deposited value is lower than the current fee to spend the coins they are worthless and I will not be able to help users which deposit values that is too low.

There are now two fees taken on new deposits.

Service fee: Randomized between 1-3%
Transaction fee: currently this is around 0.00098 BTC, is based on the estimated fee of a 1 block confirmation time,  and adjusts dynamically, this value will be displayed on the deposit page.

New minimum withdraw limit is lowered from 0.01 BTC to 0.001 BTC.

Best regards,
Bitblender

Hi, I'm having the same problem.  I used the quickmix feature yet I"m unable to check the status any longer.  How do I do RBF or CPFP/how do I know if my wallet supports it?  Is there any way I can just get refunded?  Here's my proof:

And here's my transaction

Hi,

I dont do support on the forums, message me through the website.

A quickmix is only valid for two days and is then expired, after this you can not check the status of it on the website.

Save all the details of the quickmix, when the deposit is confirmed and if the coins has not been sent to the destination you can contact me with the details and i will solve it.

That is correct!

Users now have to pay for the cost of transactions on Blender because the 1-3% randomized service fee is not enough to cover the costs of bitcoin transactions when users want to mix only 0.01 BTC or even less.

Bitcoin mixing service, established 2014 - easy to use, rapid withdrawals, zero taint.

Hello.

I withdrew coins with Bitcoin Blender, but they did not arrive at the specified wallet address, where are they?

The transaction is not shown on the blockchain.info. Tell me how to return the coins back to my account on a Bitcoin Blender, or to my wallet on the stock exchange.

I wrote to the support service on the Bitcoin Blender's website, but so far there is no answer

Thank you

Hi guys. I have the same problem. I deposited approx. 8.5 mBTC  and it hasn't reached the wallet. The transaction does show up as confirmed on blockchain info however. No reply from the support so far. Any ideas on what's going on? The ID is: 1HdPDJNLCG7f7YXme3yrkXJh5F5f1bJqsQ
