Concentric means all the circles should have the same central point   
But the circle with writing has another central point as the white circle. This bothers me a bit

I`m quite sure the circles have the same center. They`re centered with the align tools in inkscape...center vertically and center horizontally...not guessed by eye but calculated from inkscape.
The text could really be a bit off, will check again. That isn`t centered.
