About the withdrawals, our European Union casino licence in Malta prohibits us to directly process withdrawals due to anti-money laundering rules and regulations fraud and other issues, so we do need to manually review each withdrawal. We have a large team maintaining this specific topic, on weekends it normally takes 4-10 hours normal days about 4 hours. Officially we say within 24 hours just to not make anyone sad.

Good question. We think the provably fair concept is awesome. However, imagine having 8 different software providers providing you established games that have been all focused and developed for fiat currency. To add one provably fair to one single game would be simple. However, there's 400+ different games at 8 different large-scale companies who are providing us with the games, many of which can be played at traditional land based casinos. (IGT, Bally to name a few)

It's a hot topic and we're looking into it, but it'll take a while before anything can be realized. It's just not about changing a few lines of code. It's about persuading many different technology partners to accept and understand the benefits of provably fair.

Yeah, the non-US thing is what it is, we decided to follow regulations and do it this way.
