What can history tell about pumping events? 3 times the price in 6hrs? 3days?

To rise the price on cryptsy only by 10 satoshi you need more than 300BTC. I doubt that any of the people above have or is willing to risk this kind of money (or even 10% of it).
Its best to sell your coins now and cut your loses. Losing 50% of your investment might hurt now, but its still better than losing 90% of it.
I doubt we will see another pump for at least 4-8 weeks.

Suprised the people doing the mooncoin pump aren't also doing a cagecoin pump.

It has way less coins and is currently almost 1/10th the price of mooncoin. I would think it would be easy to pump and keep at a higher price.
