7950 settings for I 13 and g 2

Hey guys,

due to my rather high pings to pools 50-60 ms I have a lot of rejects, so I'm trying to change my set up 3x7950 from I 18-19 tc 22400 g 1, to I 13 and g 2. I'm looking for the proper  thread concurrency. So Far I've been starting from 8192 and adding 2048 at a time, but I can't reach my hashrates (usually I'm in the 650 area). So far my best was at 12288,. I got to 570-580 on 2 cards and 540 on the third. The more ts I add, the less stable it gets, ending up shutting down gpu in cgminer or driver failure. Have you got any tips?

Since the card has 1792 shaders, shouldn't you start on 7168 and add 1792 at a time?

Been trying this way also, still goes bad.
