What is the difference between this two cables?

24 pin y splitter:



24 Pin 20+4 Secondary Dual PSU ATX Power Supply Adaptor


I'm risking burning out my mobo if I install them wrong? Or arrange cables arround wrong? (Of course yes, distribute the load is obvious but, any other important things to notice?)

Look at the head of the cabels, the two first allow you to use 1 PSU and splitt it so it can power 2 MB.

The third one does the opposite, it allows 2 PSU to be connected to 1 MB
