You need administrator right to edit the file, the easiest way is to type 'notepad' in the search bar of your windows start menu, then right click and "execute as administrator". Then you can edit the file with the classic "File -> Open -> C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts" and save with CTRL+S when done  |

It currently takes around 4 hours for a block to get confirmed, you will see your coins as confirmed as soon as the blocks are fully confirmed  EDIT : I adjusted the block stats page to display the last 100 block instead of last 20, this should give more visibility on confirmations |
