Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

-in my opinion, it may be useful if you explain them,
-CGA, differances from other coins
-total mined coins
-estimate network hash from start
-community here
ext. ext as dev.

so how to count how many coin are already mined , since block can be 0 or 1

Type gettxoutsetinfo in the wallet console, it will show you the current value.
Right now (at block 10823) it's "total_amount" : 7288.00000000
Bear in mind this includes 50 lost-in-cyberspace CGA from the genesis block.

Question for s4w3d0ff - that means, very roughly, 7 out of 10 blocks have returned a coin so far.  I assume this rate will continue until block 15,000?  What sort of rate are we expecting thereafter?

so how to count how many coin are already mined , since block can be 0 or 1

Type gettxoutsetinfo in the wallet console, it will show you the current value.
Right now (at block 10823) it's "total_amount" : 7288.00000000
Bear in mind this includes 50 lost-in-cyberspace CGA from the genesis block.

Question for s4w3d0ff - that means, very roughly, 7 out of 10 blocks have returned a coin so far.  I assume this rate will continue until block 15,000?  What sort of rate are we expecting thereafter?

After block 15,000 the MAX rate that anomalies can be generated will be 1 out of 3 blocks (1/3). This rule will apply only when the difficulty is below 3. The reason behind this is to back up my initial statement when this coin came out, that it could be the rarest coin ever made. When the coin was launched it was pointed out to me that, if the difficulty was 1 or below, the probability of generating an anomaly was ~1/1, thus making every block an anomaly. Myself and a few others didn't like this for that isn't very rare. SO that is why I had changed the block reward to what it is going to be in the next few days. That being said, after block 15,000 and the diff rises past 3 the normal rules will apply, the probability of an anomaly being generated will be 1/diff.

Edit: For those who think this is a deal breaker, when I had initially made the coin I was hoping that the odds of making anomaly would be somewhere around 1/500. I wasn't thinking the process all the way through and was upset that it wasn't going the way I thought it would (or promised at the pre-launch). So as the coin becomes harder and harder to mine in the next few days keep in mind that I hadn't pre-mined, and that you should consider yourself lucky to have been in, what I like to call, the "community pre-mine".

Interesting.  I think getting it on an exchange and seeing the value is going to be key.  I suspect there is a serious risk that as the difficulty rises the effort involved in mining a coin will become so much harder that unless it has significant value people simply won't bother.

One thing I don't really understand is how the difficulty varies according to the network hashrate - if it does become *really* hard to mine a coin and miners drop out will the difficulty drop sufficiently quickly to encourage people to re-engage?

Network hashrate & difficulty: You can also mine the transaction fees which should be not so bad if the difficulty is high. The diff is only high if many people are mining and using the coin, therefore a lot of transactions will be processed and a lot of transaction fees will be payed.

cga.altcoinpool.org has advertised that they have 0% fee for mining CGA. Im still being charged a fee for every incoming transaction showing in the transaction history. Also the pool statistics section on the site seems to be down. Huh Huh

You are only charged for TXFee.  The wallet isn't syncing. I'm fixing it.

Here are the people connected to me that have yet to update their clients. If you're on this list, please update ASAP to avoid more forking of the blockchain:

50.147.39.37
83.136.243.162
213.21.32.89
194.186.246.78
58.6.247.70
208.94.245.218  <--- This one is in the OP, s4w3d0ff. You might want to remove it until they update.

123.150.156.38
89.68.16.221

Thanks I'm removing it now.
I passed block 10k and now my wallet is saying:
Displayed transactions may not be correct! You may need to upgrade, or other nodes may need to upgrade. Huh

Well, that's professional and 100 % uptime (sorry, couldn't deny myself this line).

Lesson learned (hopefully): Don't make promisses you can't keep.

Looks like you're on a fork of the blockchain. Grab the newest wallet from cganomaly.com, delete your blockchain (should be in ~/.cryptographicanomaly/  , careful not to delete your wallet.dat!), then restart with the new wallet client. It'll resync the blockchain and you should be good to go again.

Already redownloaded the blockchain and upgraded to the newest version on github.
github is showing last update was 11 hours ago. Is it the right version?

Yes, that's the newest version. Remove all the nodes from your config file except for the ones in the OP.
Could you put the output of getpeerinfo on pastebin and paste the link here? I'm wondering if there's one or more nodes out there that are persistently on the wrong fork and messing people up.
