Bitcoin needs more US exchanges like Coinbase, what are all of the quality exchanges of any size in the US?

What I mean by quality is respect for customers, regard for laws, high security, and knowledgeable about Bitcoin.

Bitcoiners and "quality is respect for customers, regard for laws, high security, and knowledgeable about Bitcoin" doesn't really mesh all that well.
