Are you the developer of this new exchange? From my understanding, a big portion of the arbitrage opportunities that was posed to sell Bitcoin to South Koreans was because of the limitations that the Korean banks impose on its citizens. For example, I (as an American) can not simply open a Korean bank account (without a Korean social security number) so that I can receive fiat currency in exchange for selling Bitcoin.
Does your exchange follow these same restrictions, or am I, as an American citizen, able to create an account on Zeniex? What kind of KYC verification documentation do you require if this is possible?

However, it is true that non-Korean passport holders are not able to create accounts in appliance with the real-name system for cryptocurrency accounts. (To be fair, there are still many complicated issues with trading cryptocurrency by using fiat not only in South Korea but all over the world). Zeniex to issue the world's first fund-type token ZXG ZXG is an ERC20 based token that will be available to public from Sept 12th, with total fund of 1,000 ETH (1 year maturity basis). Users will receive ETH and coins of invested ICO corresponding to their token holdings. At the expiration of the fund, the entire ZXG tokens will be incinerated when the fund is redeemed. Chinese Korean joined Crypto Exchange Zeniex announced that ZXG Crypto Fund No. 1 reached its hard cap within just 2 minutes after public offering was opened showing competition rate of 12 to 1 applicants.
ZXG Crypto Fund No. 1 is the first crypto fund in Korea with expected operation of one-year term. Approximately 80% of funds will be invested in ICO projects and the rest 20% will go into existing cryptocurrencies projects.
Main feature of the ZXG Crypto Fund No. 1 can be characterized by the ability to enable fund investors indirectly invest in promising ICO projects that are not easily accessible for individuals. Currently confirmed ICO projects including BlockCloud and other projects led by the Chinese blockchain venture capital expert Genesis Capital.
Another ZXG No. 1 feature is listing on crypto exchange through tokenization. Token is listed on Zeniex Exchange ETH market and fund holders are able to trade ZXG tokens 24 hours a day regardless of their maturity and securing liquidity. Moreover, regular investors can now also invest in ZXG Crypto Fund No. 1 through the ZXG tokens purchase on exchange.

The Second Zeniex Crypto Fund Token to be Issued this MonthKorean-Chinese Crypto Exchange Zeniex has announced plans to issue second crypto fund during this month (October 2018). ZXG Crypto Fund No. 1 ERC-20 token ZXG was successfully listed on Zeniex Exchange and steadily trading. ZXG token's market capitalization as of October 1st, 2018 was 9,273 ETH which is nearly 10 times bigger than the IPO size (1,000 ETH). Previously, ZXG Crypto Fund No. 1 has reached its hard cap (1,000 ETH) in just two minutes after the opening. Although the final plan for the second fund has not been finalized yet the second fund is scheduled to be operated on a larger scale than the Fund No. 1, and private offering in addition to the public one is considered.
