Bleutrade withdrawal question

I had some minor funds in an altcoin there, I exchanged it for an erc20 token and withdrew to kucoin. Only hours later it still hasn't arrived and ethplorer has no record of the transaction. The address was correct. Any idea if bleutrade is just slow or what could be the problem?
