Sure! Our platform aloows to trade stocks for fiat money, digital stocks for crypto, and exchange digital stocks to stocks, or exchange crypto to fiat. It means, you can invest in crypto and hide from volatility in - for example - crypto gold or crypto microsoft stock - or you can exchange your bitcoin for a dollar, and wire it to you bank account. Or you can, for example, choose to buy apple stock with your dollars too. Or you can but a crypto apple, and then change it to a real apple share. It's not a crypto-crypto only investment; it's all the markets you can imagine entrance (step by step).

I read in your white paper that Zeus will allow trading via mobile. Is gonna be a mobile version of your website or an app for smartphones?

We will have a mobile version of Zeus Exchange trading platform, web-version, and a desktop one.

There are already several trading platforms. For example, tradingview, which has all the necessary tools in my opinion. You have to be better and cheaper and then you will have success. Traders are cynical people, they do not like to overpay.

We don't directly compete with crypto exchanges or trading platforms on crypto only. We will connect financial markets, such as NASDAQ, and crypto markets (such as BTC, ETH or such as digital versions of NASDAQ stocks), and we will allow to go in between the markets at a single platform.

For example, Zeus Exchange clients will be able to trade -say, IBM - stock shares for fiat currency. Then you can take delivery of IBM in your broker account. Or, of you would be able to convert IBM stocks to digital IBM tokens, and trade those tokenized CRYPTO-IBM for cryptocurrencies.

Once Crypto-IBM is issued at Zeus Depository, the underlying IBM instrument is held frozen at the Zeus Exchange broker account until the Crypto-IBM redemption. You may choose to redeem Crypto-IBM and receive the actual IBM instrument.   

Othwrwise, you may sell Crypto-IBM on Zeus Exchange, and then you can withdraw cryptocurrency to your own wallet, or exchange the cryptocurrency to fiat, and then withdraw the funds to a bank account.

We plan to have USD, EUR, XEM, BTC, ETH in 2019 for deposits and withdrawals, and an exchange of these currencies and cryptocurrencies via Zeus Exchange platform as well.

We are a hybrid, that is connecting financial and crypto markets. We partially compete with multiple crypto exchanges, with tokenization vehicles such as Polymath (issuing security tokens), and with registered exchanges, what, for example, Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange (trading security tokens) is expected to become. Our difference is that we provide a bridge to trade between the markets (single platform, choice of assets, conversion of assets), and that we provide digital assets, backed by classic financial assets, such as stocks.

Good one! We offer digital assets, that may open a retail investments market. Generally, the smallest trade at the exchange would still be 100 shares per lot, somewhat $5000-$25000 for most liquid stocks, for example. Smallest trade for the digital asset would be 1 apiece, not 100. And you would be able to convert from the digital asset to its underlying.

We will be adding cryptocurrencies based on tech requirements, liquidity, customer demand in the countries of the launch, trading volume, safety of transactions etc. We will certainly announce the priority list as soon as we check it thoroughly.

We consider Malta, Gibraltar, Estonia and Singapore, as well as Switzerland, Luxembourg and Lichtenstein as the most favorable jurisdictions to launch our initial operations and would seek to subject ourselves to regulators in one or a number of those jurisdictions depending on the operational model we chose.

We fall under a set of financial licenses and crypto lisenses (or similar ways to operate with crypto). It means, that generally we have to have a license to offer a service, so if the country bans crypto, we would still have to register there, and that decision would depend on the market zise a lot.

Absolutely true: within 2018-2022 timeframe. We will launch with a few tokenized assets, USD, EUR & NEM in an alpha version, and we will add BTC & ETH in beta. And we will keep building on top of it, step by step.

We are incorporated in Singapore, and preparing to file for the first set of licenses to launch Alpha Zeus Exchange in a few selected Asian markets. And full legal roadmap would take us at least 3 years to complete, most probably - more.

Actually, that's exactly a new window of opportunity. Micro investors, who are interested to invest just a bit or invest with a spare cash, or simply gamble with a little of money represent an already huge and growing market. Take a look at Acorns, or Stash as examples in classic finance.
