Since I'm deeply unhappy with Mistertango and their fees and services I would like to know if anyone could recommend working Bitcoin debit card, for Europe but also applicable everywhere else, with resonable fees and limits and good customer service?
Bitcoin debit card is a must for me and something that has become a part of my Bitcoin using routine.
Looking forward for your experiences.

I don't know if what debit card is the best in Europe but if you live in the US like the above said Bitpay is one of the best alternative debit card.
Anyway you can check the updated list of bitcoin debit cards here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1242788.0
and I think you can find a good debit card with active support in any debit card listed from that thread but first ask some other members there about reviews before you because we don't know if the other debit cards still alive or not.

If you're in Eurupe, you'll be able to avail wirex newly-released cards. Check the articles below:

Wirex payment cards are now available in Europe
Wirex payment cards are back!

Sadly, wirex does not entertain people who wants to use their debit cards anonymously as you have to be verified for this.

Oh, and If you're curious of what's happening with the other bitcoin debit card providers, here's a good overview. It's a bit outdated but people are constantly leaving comments so it is still useful imo: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1DRbTeMCzb4UeXI0YlAzBxMc2u2i0cN_17Ql6eMngK6E/edit#gid=0

Thanks. I have no problem with verification as long as they provide quality legitimate service. So far haven't heard any bad things related to Wirex so I might check them.
Actualy I would like the most the card that is directly connected with Bitcoin wallet, like Xapo was, so that I don't have to exchange Bitcoins before actualy paying with those coins. I don't know if any actual debit card provider offers such possibility.

Bitpay's dead in Europe.

If OP is not in a hurry I'd wait. The Wirex card is available now but fees and spread are pretty heavy and you have to manually send your BTC to the card.

I got an email from Bitpay implying that they were working on returning cards to Europe. They're arseholes but the card fees were very reasonable. Bitpay don't do the wallet hosting thing though, it's a full and instant conversion when you send to them.

Xapo do host a wallet alongside the card but their card died too. I presume they're working hard to find something as well.

Wirex card looks promising but like other things government now also want to monitor even few cents worth of bitcoin being exchanged through these bitcoin cards. So verification has became mandatory which used to be optional with lower limits before the VISA chaos... Grin

They’re available to verified users only, so if you haven’t yet, now is a good time to get verified. Thankfully, it’s a quick process and should only take a couple of minutes once you’ve gathered your documents.

Guys like you lucky to be in Europe...Whole lot of people are still struggling to spend their bitcoin in their local stores.

Payoneer like solutions hate anything related crypto so their card is dead for crypto users which many thought will be way around VISA ban.... Angry

I am using ViaBuy since they added deposits with Bitcoin. As usual be ready for Id verification.
I know there are some complaints about them but for me, it's working great since I got it and never got a problem.

If you have to always send manually btc to the card, then better to use epayments services where you can open an european IBAN account online, without the need to visit a bank. Accept payments from international customers and global marketplaces. With Epayments you can also send money to bank accounts in Europe. Its Debit Card is working fine in and out of European Union so you can safely store your fonds from btc and get it anywhere in the world. The fees also are acceptable compared to similar services.

Reading all the answers I can conclude that at the moment there isn't Bitcoin debit card on the market that users are completely satisfied with and that would fulfill all the expectations. And high fees and poor customer support are the most common issues.
That is sad and it seems there is plenty of space for new providers but it looks like no one is interested or very few. Which is pitty because I have the feeling there is still huge demand for such cards on the market.
Do you think that anything will change soon and that more providers will appear?

Yes.

Previous providers are motivated to get new card partnerships. It must've been Xapo's primary source of retail income. There's literally no other reason to use them. They'll be looking high and low as will many others.

In 2-3 months hopefully there'll be more out there. If Wirex can do it so can anyone else.

I am not quite sure whether obtaining a card swiftly may the best option because the retailers who are shipping the cards are charging high fees.
Therefore, once more provider employs their bitcoin debit card on the market within two or three months (I think it is currently three providers), I would look into buying one of these.

There are many bitcoin debit card services available in online. Since you are from your European country hope you would not get any issue on having the fund inside your wallets mate. As I know Advcash and bitpay are being long time in this field and giving a service to the worldwide people.
Even you can get the cheap freight charge to get it dude.
Other than these two debit card site, you could try on spectrocoin too. They are also seems helpful one for you.
