psu failure

Hi,
i got zalman 850w psu, and got two graphic cards 7950 and 7990.
It was running normal. one morning it was shut off and whwn i tried to turn it on it failed.( the psu fan is not spining but there is light on the motherboard . when i turn the psu on, psu fan and gpu fan tries to spin but fails)#
any suggestions will be appreciated
