I think we should protect to issue scam ICOs in the crypto market. It creates misconception between new user and about market. What you think?
I think that first we must defeat greed in people who deceive people with false promises. However, before we can defeat greed, we must defeat human nature. How to defeat human nature? Destroy all humans!

We can't stop scam ICO launching. There is no manner to stop it, that stopping the launch of ICO is not an easy thing to do. I think it's hard to find a way for that. We just need to be careful and identify the original or scam ICO project that we will choose. Thus, the examination becomes mandatory before making a decision. And I see no alternative to introducing a smart contract into platforms, so that money will come only if the developers have fulfilled some part of the transaction.

I think there must be proper regulations to Launch an ICO. This is only a way to stop scam ICO's. We need a proper committee which can do proper research of ICO project and then give permission to launch it.

I think we should protect to issue scam ICOs in the crypto market. It creates misconception between new user and about market. What you think?

It seems to me that in order to avoid the scams, ICO should go out on special platforms for ICO, for example, I know in Japan they did this, called Comsa, but it still does not work properly, if all ICO’s would came out on such platforms, it would be at least some guarantees.

The only thing you can do is try to get educated and learn as much as possible. Nothing else can be done because this is international market and there is no regulation

you are right and the most important thing we can do is not to take part in such kind of ICOs. they won't raise any money and it would be the best response to the scammers.

While I do not see any way out that would stop the scammers. Fraud ICO is thriving because of the narrow-minded people who do not want to learn how to choose the right ICO.

Well, we can not stop people launching ICO, you can do research on their ico so we can choose ico which is not a scam. All we can do is be careful and hopeful. It is very difficult if we compare ico, so much ico now. We can see icorating etc. I think it helps to keep us away from ico scam.

Theres no way to stop it but theres a way to reduce people who get scammed simply by making a website that list suspicious ICO so that the community could judge whether an ICO is scam or not.
Theres plenty of website like this already but not really updated and people put low attention to such thing and thats why scam ICO still appear time by time.

Do not assume that you can completely solve this problem. But you can minimize this problem if you carefully and responsibly treat the choice of a suitable project for investment.

Just need to carefully choose the right project for your investments, analyze the market and share with other investors useful information about scammers.

In reality, Coins hardly are total fraud. I consider that the certain issue tends to be generally a atrocious financial proposition.

I do not think that it will be possible to completely stop this process. Scammers have always been in all areas. Just need to carefully choose the project to reduce such a problem.

There are already a lot of different opinions that are described here, but no one else will be able to create a service that would really give any percentage of whether you need to invest, many rating sites are not an indicator, as you managed to notice.

The only way was just to create more regulations over ICOs, and that already happened, anyway, there are a lot of scammy projects and a lot of people are losing their money because of fake projects.

I don't think we can stop this process in any way. It can be stopped only by a strict legislative regulation of the ICO. But at the same time, regulation will reduce the profitability of ICO campaigns.

Paying project deposits may be an effective way, but who will keep these deposits? It is time to set up a government supervision agency to supervise the ICO.I believe that scmas are not willing to pay a deposit.

I don't know how it is possible to stop scam ICOs, but we can avoid participating in such ICOs. It is easy to sort out projects with fake team and copy paste WP. Also presence in social network and Linked in does really matter to determinate fake ICO
