These unmanaged servers are located in a Chicago NOC.
Yes we know about the server error, that is on our sites only right now, we had someone get mad because we had to boot them for breaking the terms of service and acceptable use policy and now he is DDoSing our site server. We will be back up shortly once we boot him.

Happy customer, just playing around with my new vps, super fast connection (downloaded qt at like 18mb/sec), was able to max out my connection downloading from my vps as well.

Glad to see a happy customer! Yes these VPS units have a very fast connection, their backbone is a 1Gbps server, so they are speed demons.
On these servers most everything as long as it doesn't bring the whole server down and is legal. For instance you have to make sure you are in your memory range and not over into the burst for substantial amounts of time. Also load cannot be above 40% for extended periods of time. They do hold gameservers yes, as long as they are not heavy load. In short if other VPS units are suffering we will suspend the one causing it. So it's just a matter of knowing the minimum and max limits of the service you are running on the server. If it can live within the limited memory environment then your good to go.
IRC is hit and miss, because most IRC channels are flooded a lot and also DDoSed a lot, so that's a major thing. These specific VPS units we do not allot IRC bots or video streaming. But if that is what you are looking for PM me and this month we are releasing a bunch of VPS units in our Cleveland NOC that allow just that. Not sure the date yet but you can put yourself on the list now. They are the same specs just at a different NOC with a better backbone so they support things like IRC channels. We do ask that you keep a quiet policy while running your community/services as any service that receives continued Denial of Services attacks may face termination though.

Which stats are you looking for? They are on the main VPS page, or they should be let me check. It's our 24-core that has specs, sorry. I will have someone work on the 8's.

Correct, Bitcoins are a very volatile market all the time, today and yesterday it was down to 4 to the dollar. Our system checks the price and resets every morning based on the current market price. Sometimes twice a day if the market value drops way too low. If it keeps rising the price will go back down tomorrow morning.
This is what happens with a volatile market like this. Most companies are based in Dollars, we cannot base a product in BTC in any market, it's impossible, hence the fluctuation since no business is willing to loose money.
But it's still cheap, if you check the price in Dollars this price HAS NOT moved at all, it's just BTC's that moves.
Check tomorrow morning it should go back down since the price seems to be going up.
