Hi everyone.

I discovered btc/ltc a number of weeks ago and have been learning what I can in that time. I have decided to start mining (already mining ltc with i5 cpu, but that doesn't count for much) seriously as soon as possible.

I am going to take a chance on an asic preorder, probably the 600 dollar model, but also wanted to build a rig to mine Litecoin as well.

While I HAVE put the odd computer together from parts, I have no experience linking multiple gpu's, among other issues pertaining to ltc mining rigs, and would really appreciate some help in this area.

I will have about 1000/month to put towards this project, and may be able to arrange for a 3000 loan to get started up.

First of all, what king of hashrate do you think a 3000 rig could achieve?
