Have you tried https://cryptonex.org ? It allows buying bitcoins with a credit card (visa or mastercard).
Personally I buy eth there with low fees, at high speed and so far with no problems.

This platform provides you with a mechanism to buy Bitcoin, many of my friends referred to me as good -----> https://bitoasis.net/en/
I do not think you will find a way to buy Bitcoin entirely anonymously; the best way is to use Localbitcoin & paxful.
I go to some social networking sites "Twitter, Facebook, traidnt" to sell/buy Bitcoin but you need to trust it, start with localbitcoin and will find others fast.

Do not trust any site Do a deep search first and do not provide your personal information

Dear Viewers,

Hello, I'm a Bitcoin newbie and joined bitcoin last year. I've been much into mining until I found out it's consuming my electricity and it has no value on what I earn. So I taught of instead of mining how about I buy bitcoins? Now when it comes to buying bitcoins my country is a bit strict when it comes to buying bitcoin compared to other countries. Now if I could ask if someone had bought bitcoin in the Middle East and in which website otherwise if you went up personally to an exchange or a person to buy bitcoins? If you could suggest me some sites other than Coinmama & BitOasis, the reason Bitoasis is because it does not allow Mashreq Cards, where I use Mashreq Cards on main purchases. I normally prefer websites without ID's verification (Driver License is okay) and most importantly with Debit/Credit card, I'm willing to pay the costly fees too! It would be great if you could reply ASAP, as it will save me even more time rather than going on each website and seeing and then finally finding it out my country does not support or it does not follow my requirements.

Regards,
DerBarnitzke.

I think you can buy at some exchange that don't need to verify ID to buy, but it has limitation.
Such as binance or hitbtc. you can trade and transfer btc without ID verification

At localbitcoins.com you can buy Bitcoin for United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
In this case, you buy directly from people not from stock exchanges.
But a significant disadvantage may be the course.

I’ve seen that some forum users are recommending cex.io. Currently I’m also deciding which exchange to use and I’ve been thinking whether it's good to listen their advices. Potentially, it’s a good choice, as you can buy crypto with the help of debit or credit card there. Besides, they’re asking for ID verification, with is a sign that the platform is safe, IMO. Anyway, we’ll never know until we try.
