I use this address works fine on my antminer =) ----> stratum+tcp://stratum.mining.eligius.st:3334

WK ,

Sorry to repeat my questions but I did not see an answer to my specific questions. Is there a new url or address I need to point my S9 at to continue to mine on Eligius? If not fine I have never had any issues with you paying out what is due to any miner so I am fine with that end as long as my shares are being tallied and recorded by the new system I trust you to pay them out. ... I know you work hard on the stats and the backend pool itself so I understand the pretty front end and all the prett stats pages take time so I am not so concerned with that just want to know that I am not wasting electricity running this beast if the shares are not counting for something.

T.

You shouldn't have to change anything on your miner with the new system.... all of the old addresses I was using worked fine for me.

Thanks, From the miner end it appears everything is working fine but I like to be able to verify that is all.

T.

Quick question - during the upgrade I can't verify if my ant R4 is working-- also during setup I understand username should pw be blank?

That is correct, no password is required for Eligius.  If your miner requires a password, put anything in.  Eligius doesn't check the password field.

Assuming that the R4's interface is similar to the S5 you should be able to see the miner's status.... if it's working you will see numbers under "Accepted" which means that the pool has accepted work from your miner.

I'm not an expert by a long shot but that seems normal to me....  at least based on Accepted/Rejected/Discarded......  I still don't personally understand the Diff stats and what they mean.

Hey, not new to mining but new to this pool. was with BTC Guild for a long time. now bcmonster seems to have died...

Anyway, I have been mining for some time but am not showing up on the stats - I assume that it is a problem with the old stats vs. new stats. and not updating the old database, but I'd like to know that my mining is going for something...

I'm using username: 15xP4NTyfuDqNoAUhSB8LBLuNM9QoRpwHu

Any tips or suggestions are welcome

If I'm correct, As mentioned before- I don't think the new stats page is up yet and the old one is officially no longer live.

Thanks - Hopefully it's all working correctly. The Discarded seems high compared to the accepted but maybe that's just how it is now that the difficulty is 'higher', or I could be wrong and have no idea.  Smiley

Discarded is meaningless. You can ignore it.

But is there any way that I can know that my mining is doing something?

Am I missing something here?

Why was there a need to change things well before you were ready to launch the new system? This is dragging on somewhat.

Does the push API still work?

I accidentally included a dust input in a healthy TX that pays a hefty fee. I think it no longer makes any sense to have dust threshold because miners will include TXs in the block based on the satoshis/byte fee ratio. So, in situations where a false-positive dust TX is not confirmed I'd like to manually push it to some miner that is willing to confirm it. Please let me know of the push API status and whether it is reliable. If someone knows any alternative push APIs of actual miners/mining pools then I'd gladly like to know about them. Thanks!

I already moved everything too a different pool.  I'm sure it will all work out with Eligius Pool, but I like to see stats and keep track of pool stats as well..

It would be nice if there was some sort of bonus for those of us who are patient enough to ride through the transition.
In it for the long haul.  Cool

Could CK do something like that as a stopgap measure?
I have no affiliation with this pool so I can't do anything for it. Perhaps you mis-phrased the question and meant to ask "Could you so something like CK does as a stopgap measure?"

No, I meant to suggest a ditching the UI as a stop gap version of user stats for eligius..st.  But maybe the hard part is getting the raw data, not the UI.  But I often find the raw data easier to do that a polished UI.  But yeah, you're right.  Wizkid is the guy doing eligius.st.
