Our manager's account was hacked, please change thread author

Hello,

Manager from our exchange BitFex.trade was resigned. He created two threads for our exchange. Now we noticed, that start posts and titles in that threads was changed (seems that his account was hacked). May you change that theads author to our account? Now it's seems very strange – title from one project and all other discussion about our exchange.

Proofs: if you see the threads you will notice that all discussions in both threads about our exchange and that title and start post was changed recently. The account from we are sent this message linked to our official support email: support@bitfex.trade

I guess there is nothing can be done by forum moderators also they don't have privileges to change the authors of the threads.  Also such requests will be ignored by administrators too, it very rare admins handle such cases.

Moderators can delete the threads but that is also after same valid reasons. There three moderators for Russian board: LZ, xandry, Xal0lex. You can contact any of them on PM but with some more valid proofs, "thread discussion" won't be enough.

Btw I don't think account is hacked but I guess thread is changed intentionally, it is best if you contact the author "kovaleksandr" himsefl/herself. Only he/she can update the thread.

Well, I see that your Russian thread was already locked. And original post and title of your English thread wasn't modified, you still can use it. I'm not sure, is it really possible to change author of the thread? If yes, I think it's not likely that mods or admins are going to do it.
I would recommend just to start new threads on Russian and English board from official Bitcointalk account of your exchange.

You would have a better chance on trying to recover the hacked account. If you have enough evidences (of being the real owner) that would cause the admins to make your new account the author of the thread, you should also be able to ask for a reset on the original account password. Contact Cyrus/theymos with your evidence.
