I have seen some reputed casinos lagging in this aspect. They make you wait days for a reply to email. There live chats makes you wait for hours. Thus, it makes sense to check the customer support by sending mails or trying live chat before you join the forum. How important is customer support of an online casino for you ?

To have a quick and responsive online support team is very important for any gambling site worth its salt. Normally I play on sites where you get reply from support in two hours max although they state that it can take up to 24 hours. And of course it feels great when you get the reply immediately, which happens not infrequently by the way. )

For me having a good customer service and a a great support is one of the key features that an online casino should have  it run constantly none stop, and they should have teams working on shifts to answer the questions of the users as fast as they can, so many casinos have had really bad reviews even though they had a good functioning websites because of the slow support response.

I actually never use the support of those gambling sites where I love to play, just there wasn't a reason for that, everything just work fine and I've never had problems with any gambling site.
You may not use them now, but I am sure a time would come when they would be highly necessary. I am actually the type that always loses my confidence on a platform with no support.

One may say there may be no mistake, but the mistake eventually end up happening, and with no one to solve it quickly, sets in room for tension for the customer at that point and not a good thing for client retention at all which in this case, gradually the platform may start losing users as they migrate to a platform that gives them what they want.

In most scenario a customer normally contacts a casino's live chat or sends an email because his withdrawal is pending for a long time. There might be very few players who contact them for anything other than withdrawals
I feel instead of having a 24X7 live chat casinos should remove kyc as it shouldn't exist in the first and allow instant withdrawals for all players
Seconded with these words, 24x7 live support is appealing but high percentage people would  ask neither into their deposit or withdrawal issues but having a responsive support would always leave positive impressions towards the site yet you can able to get active reply from them whenever what are the issues you are experiencing on. KYC should be removed? its still on their jurisdiction,even though we dont like it but there are circumstances that we would really need to follow up.
Ok we might not lile it but why do most casino still ask for kyc as most of them have a fake license so it wouldn't make any sense to do so
Alright I'll agree with you for a while let's assume fj has a really licence and they are registered, monitored etc etc then why do they normally take 3 months to verify all documents, they have live chat but still it's of no use as we always have to email them
Well, each gambling site do really have their own flaws or problems and we cant really expect a "PERFECT gambling site" which do exist on this market without any having issues in all aspects either on their service,support and other related stuff. If they do make some delays in the past maybe they would took into consideration on changing it out to straighten up on what they have done before either it would be more faster this time to make verifications.  Wink
But why the verification in the first place i don't even understand, they are not a registered casino , use a fake licence and still act as if they are real. What about the wagering terms all this is so absurd and the most important thing fj doesn't even have a probably fair system how can you even support such a site

It plays a major role for the casino and for any other business as if the customer support is at best then people will know that they will get their problems fixed as soon as possible and they will not remain suspended with their issues on their site. If they will get their issues get solved sooner then they will like to stay on that casino for their gambling.

The support system is the most important aspect of any business and when it comes to web based business they need to have a good system to sort out issues faced by the user and that is how their success will be evaluated, all of the fiat based sites i am using have a good support system but the problem with crypto based site is that it is difficult to get the right solutions most of the time.

True, customer support is very important not just for online casinos but for all websites especially for those who offers services. As a user and an occasional site visitor, when I have a question in mind I always seek for customer support. I have experience being assisted clearly and attentively and I am very thankful for that but I have also experienced the opposite of it. It is not good for any site to have bad customer support because users are the key for the name of their sites to be introduced and referred positively to others. In this case, if an online casino have a bad customer support then its users or the gamblers will likely lose interest in it and turn to other gambling sites.

with a good customer support, this will make their customer satisfied and they will be like to stay on that site for a long time and they will enjoy their time on that site. and if the gambling site can have this, I am sure that they will not have any problem with their customer and they will get any recommendation from that person for other people or his friends so more people will come to their site.

Even though site got a live support those support members will have a limited access so you can expect just a general answer from those members. They still make you wait until their back-end team or admin check your actual issue.

If the site doesn't have a good support slowly they will lose the business to their competitors so all admin needs to give more importance to support their customers on time.
Yeah, losing business is guaranteed for a platform that has low support or no support at all, most especially when it comes to the issue where money is involved. No one wants to use a platform they will not at least have peace of mind to make use of and support actually helps a lot with that perception.

It is very important and any successful business will always take this as the first step before anything at all as the more the customers you keep, the better for the progress of your platform. When all the business are nothing without customers, how we can ignore the higher standard customer support of an online casino ? Customers alone giving actual business then resolving their queries/issues must be done at first priority.

It is very important to have an active customer support for an online casino because there are always a question arises while playing. There are some issues that need to be answer right away. A good online casino with active online support will probably have many customer/player to play in their site.

so having good support is good , but the good sites are the ones that you don't even need to contact their support  Wink

But behind all that, it is important for us to understand their work system, maybe they are busy to reply to the message you convey. because given the number of online gamblers is very much. and maybe every day there will be many complaints that are conveyed on the support

No complex system has zero flaws especially if it's branched out to something that's connected to the Internet. In this case, the blockchain. There are transactions that take so much time to process and at the same time, double spending can happen. Errors are still happening in online casinos so a customer support has to be there in order to check if the coin actually have been sent to the deposit address of your casino but the automated system was not able to process it. I think a bad customer support is detrimental to your online casino's name. You can be labeled as a scam gambling site because of a piled up customer support tickets that took long enough to process. It's so sad to see but most online casinos are like that (even trading sites).

I will not say that this will be the primary decision making factor that would sway my decision to join a gambling site or not to register with them, but I think it is one of the factors that will sway my decision to stay with them or not. You want 24/7 hour support and prompt answers to your questions, when your struggle with something.

It is in the Casinos best interest to have their customers gambling at all times, when they visit the site and problems with deposits must be their highest priority.  Roll Eyes

Customer support is highly needed in a lot of set ups, let alone something that has to do with funds. However, one thing like you have said is the lag, but we also have to understand their capacity may not actually hold much the number of queries coming in a day. It is not an excuse though for an online casino making a lot of money. It is very important for me and I believe everyone as it at least give you some rest of mind to get solutions fast in the case of an issue arising.

so having good support is good , but the good sites are the ones that you don't even need to contact their support  Wink
You cannot predict the future and even giants also may slip down due to unexpected bottlenecks. Hence good sites also must need customer support to handle whenever issue arises.

Most of the gambling sites have problems with their customer support so it will be hard deciding in which site will you stay.  It is a common fault in which the team behind the sites seems to have a less concern.  You see,  a gambling site with bad customer support is like a product having a bad sales representative. The customers will likely have a less interest in buying the product and will have interest in criticizing the sales rep as well as the product.  A bad customer support is equal to less interest for the gambling site.
