These days there are lot of scams or failure projects and our efforts in bounties are worthless, even if Im attending to the bounties with high ratings and good presentations, still most of them are paying less than what they promised or they just shot down, so if you know any new bounties with softcap or hardcap reached it would really help

Such options are very frequent, so you need to better choose companies.

Well most of the Amazix team ICO's usually get soft cap and also Krypital group projects get their goal. But Amazix have much more projects than Krypital. Krypital prefer to get 1 ICO at one moment. That's why usually on Krypital projects you can see a lot of bounty hunters, so you can't earn a lot of tokens.

I totally agree with you finding the good bounty campaigns is really a very hectic task nowadays
You could not find the one to trust upon for the long run, but I would not even say to leave in between
There are some time when the company did not reach the targeted profit so they could not give you returns and you can find many people working on the same project from where you shares got down and you get less profit
Amazix, Data Blockchain these are really good bounties to work upon as you are getting a good amount of returns from them and the work mode, management of projects and people are maintained properly.

yes it is true lately a lot of ico project scamm. this is not only detrimental to investors who have invested, bounty huntersalso feel it by working without getting paid. First study the project by reading white papper before you decide to invest there.

If you are a bounty hunter, you would know what's the purpose of a "bounty campaign" - that's promoting the ICO.

So if the ICO reach the soft cap already, will they need to do "bounty campaign"? The fund from soft-cap is enough for the develop-team to run their project.

Lol. What do you think when ICOs reached the hardcap? Bounty will be ended immediatelly when that happened aka you can't earn any stake because you are too late to join. What is in your mind actually?
OP's informaation about list of ICOs reached softcap already good, that means you will 99% get paid when bounty ends.

The only problem if we provide you with bounties that have reached their hard cap is that you cannot join the bounty anymore as it is already finished by the time they hit it, also if we provide you with soft cap bounties you can only get a small amount depending on the cap reached. In this kind of work you cannot really determine whether you can get a good pay from the bounties that you do so it is advisable to do other sidelines to maximize your earnings.

You can't really say a project will reach soft or hard cap but just go through what the project has to offer,the white paper,road map,the team etc

yes, soft hat is the minimum target for the project to launch. However, if they can mobilize at the hardcap. It will help the project have sufficient funds to significantly increase the completion of the product. And of course, the majority of bounty participants will receive their labor value if the project reaches the softcap.

Bounty managers are important but they can't help projects to reach their softcap/hardcap. You should seek for more than just a good manager.

Good project research to participate in bounty campaigns is as difficult as choosing an ICO project to invest. Because if you do not make the right choices, you may have to work for a few months to get involved in the campaign but it does not work. I thibk soft cap because if they reach the hard cap I think the ICO ends and you will not join on their bounty. Unless you see the ICO project already reached soft cap and they have bounty open you can join or participate and high chance to get reward. But  it doesn't mean if the soft cap reached they reach too hard cap they have chance to failed.
