Hey boy, thank for sharing the good information for the newbies. But I think the bounty platform is not so good. they have some weak point:
- too many hunters participate in that platform because almost platforms no need to make the report!
- the pool of the bounty is small
- some platforms don't have the spreadsheet! so can not check our work.
- support is not good
- etc..
I highly recommend you should go this board (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0) check and do the bounty on bitcointalk to get more profits.

Every platform should have limit only to one active bounty to do. I don't understand why they allow to participate in every bounty they have, after that I don't see the sense of doing bounty there because of enormous number of participants... That means very low reward for the same work outside these platforms.

From the perspective of user experience I would say I prefer BountyHive but as the OP already pointed out, its huge number of participants is a big turnoff as the amount of rewards is most of the time smaller than for example here.
