Abstract

Seather is offering the solution to centralized file storage, Decentralized file storage. What we see as the issue with centralized storage is that data is being stored in predefined locations with the providers backend assets all on the same network. The underlying platform needs maintenance and that requires access to your data, there is no guarantee your data won’t be compromised. One example, companies such as Dropbox are growing and for them it gets harder to manage the platform since they rely on processes and these take time.

You are right, our activity on this forum has not been up to speed. Our main activity and communication happens via our Discord. Currently we are in the alpha testing phase of the file storage service which is going really great. After the alpha phase we are getting things ready for the open beta. We will up our activity on this forum!

Regarding the STR pricing on the explorer, this is indeed incorrect, thank you for pointing this out. I will create a support ticket with our explorer supplier to get it corrected.
