1. Wake up after a very long period. - from 2013 til 2018 inactive.
2. From the registration til last post of 2013 - posting mainly in the Chinese local broad ,from the first few posts of 2018 active mainly in Czech Local section.

Or the Chinese took five years to learn Czech and English and then came back too posting.

But I didn't see the warning that email address was changed recently in that account.

One more doubt why that member account can wear avatar,basically only full member and up can wear avatar right.

Long time ago all users were allowed to wear avatars, no matter of their rank. After Bitcointalk hack in 2013 avatars were disabled for lower ranked members. But users who had avatar at the moment of accident still can have their avatars, but they can't change it.

Just wonder what other proof is needed for account to be tagged?

When I find an account where the post quality is changed, it's always that the quality changed in a single language, i.e., good English--->shitposter spam English.  It's possible for someone to improve their language skill, but it's next to impossible for it to go from good to bad, unless there's some sort of brain injury or other impairment involved.

I agree that this looks like it might be a sold or hacked account, but I don't feel comfortable enough tagging him.  If you find any other evidence, post it here.  Or maybe another DT member will give him a neg.

Probably user bought account with original email address. On the other hand if you change email or password it will not reflect on trust rating for life time. I don't know exactly how many day will warn after change ( IMO one month) . So after a limited period warn will never show. I think it's enough proof to consider bought or hacked account, because the user posting different local board. Although he/she used Google translate, it's not allow by forum.

Correct it doesn't shows such warning after a time in trust page but one can still look through for possible password/email changes/woke after a long period through archives of seclog which are being maintained here : http://archive.is/https://bitcointalk.org/seclog.php
