Hello everyone. Tell me, do you have a referral program and bounty? I could not find any information about this.
NO. This doesn't comply with SEC rules. Bonafi make STO but not ICO. These are different things. Read about it... For example: https://101blockchains.com/sto-vs-ico-the-difference/

If we simulate a situation on the market, then Bonafi should find a certain demand for their service quickly enough. At least in view of the apparent lack of competition. Yes, there are some projects that work in approximately the same direction, but their ways of dealing with counterfeit are morally outdated.

The blockchain opens up new opportunities for everyone and Bonafi decided to use this as profitably and efficiently as possible.
This should reduce the cost of various negative situations associated with user complaints. And in general, this should increase the profit of the manufacturer.

Do you mean those cases where someone bought a counterfeit product and sent a complaint to the manufacturer due to poor product quality? In this case, usually, the court has the right to refuse the proceedings due to the fact that the consumer bought the goods from an unauthorized seller, and of course the seller will be held directly responsible.

For the first time I see the use of NFC in conjunction with cryptography. Apparently, each of your tags has its own cipher, which will be read by a special application, right? How fast is it? Instantly?

Yes, it will take you about 10 seconds. Open the app, pay, scan, view information:

Of course, this is a prototype app, dude. The interface and functionality can still change dramatically by the time the application is launched.

The same technology is used for scanning as wireless charging and payment by card through Apple Pay, right? I heard that now quite a lot of products contain NFC tag, but not to protect against counterfeiting

No, these are two different standards for the transmission of information and energy. NFC is data transfer. And wireless charging is Qi  Wink

I can say that for the first time I see a project that correctly uses modern technologies and in the aggregate it turns out a great product. Bonafi creates the future

True, this is very good because, in addition to a good idea, Bonafi presents a security token, which is also an advantage. I am sure that the future of ICO is STO

Only in the USA. Other countries are not eager to cooperate and obey the rules of the SEC. I think we cannot know exactly how the cryptocurrency situation will develop, but the idea of creating a security token is relatively dubious.

I like the work of this team. In less than a year, they achieved what others did not even try to achieve. This is a good indicator.

Bonafi is one of the best investment projects. The idea of counterfeit protection as well as the provision of marketing tools for the manufacturer seem to be a great idea.

Do I understand correctly that when buying your tokens, we buy your assets? That is, BONA Token will be something of a company stock?

Unlike utility tokens, security tokens are tied to real securities that represent tokenized assets. In some cases, these tokens represent real capital in the enterprise, that is, they play the role of a “digital share”. A security token is not necessarily tied to a share in a company; they can be used to divide the owner’s rights in relation to a wide range of assets, from real estate to art. In fact, they may grant the holder a number of rights. This could be shareholding, periodic dividends, finance inflows, debt payments, voting rights, and more. All these rights are secured by a smart contract that controls tokens.

What is important is the fact that, due to the peculiarities of these tokens, from a legal and regulatory perspective, they are treated quite differently. Their value is backed by securities, therefore security tokens are considered an investment. In addition, this means that additional regulatory requirements and reporting requirements are imposed on the companies issuing them.

You can achieve unprecedented heights, I'm sure. Many of the experts in cryptography that I know of have been very complimentary about bonafi.
