The betting caps are quite low on many of the current LOT gambling sites.
Feels like we might need a high stakes game to attract whales. Just-Dice and doge-dice allow people to invest to bankroll higher stakes for instance. I'd invest in bankrolling a LOT casino. Stories of people winning huge are also inspiring. (e.g. nakowa beating just-dice for millions) and bring more interest to the coin.
Maybe offering some high stakes Chinese games would be good - Macau, China took in more than 7 times the gambling revenue of Las Vegas in 2013.

Only after the hand is over - folded hands still see the winning hand after a bet. Many massive glitches, but I still win frequently, so can't complain there... |

When people lose in gambling and their intelligence is questioned they can either: A) Take responsibility and understand they lost in a fair gambling scenario B) Blame the site and say they were cheated. Most people go with (B) A great example of this is http://www.pokerscout.com/This site lists the top 80 poker sites. If you check the comments section it is full for every site with people saying they are rigged. On major poker forums like twoplustwo "rigtards" as they are called are moderated out of discussion - not to hide anything but simply because they add nothing and the forum would be full of them if they were allowed to clog every thread. The human brain looks for patterns. When we stare at the clouds we see shapes and patterns. You will see "strange" patterns on every site as randomness produces coincidence. |
