I have found Bitcointalk Acc with Member Rank and has 51 Merit

Usually Member rank Only get 10 merit,

when i see his merit history = https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;u=1113444 <-- he just receive 1 merit

where come another 40 merit? its bug? or something

Merit transactions expire after 120 days. This just means that they received the 40 (or more likely, 50) merit from before 120 days ago.

Given that this was in early February, back when merit was undervalued, it makes sense that they would have gotten such high amounts.

You can check this info in under a minute if you wish using the merit dashboard: BitcoinTalk Merit Dashboard    

Just go to the TX tab on the dashboard and filter by either the To User Id or the To Username.

It's  been 6 months since my account was registered. I'm still a newbie one. I've not enough information yet.  But I'm curious about getting  "Merits" when i got to promote in Jr.  Member. Where can I get those? Can you help find some?
