Transction Fee 0.25%

Withdrawal Fee 4.5%

Um not that I would use your service anyways but your spread is 20%. Also if you are collecting a spread why do you need a transaction fee... AND a withdraw fee?

A 20% spread isn't enough to cover cost of doing business.
