Recovery hacked account(SIGNED MESSAGE)

Hello.
16.05.2018 when I received a letter on the mail about changing the password and mail on my account, I immediately clicked to block the account. I have an account since 2013. And I ask to return it to the old mail which was replaced 16.05.2018. Ready to answer any questions.
In the report forms bounty, I specified my Twitter from which I can write. I have many friends who can confirm that this is my account. Thank you!

When you insert into the MEW, you need to align the transaction in one line, otherwise it writes Invalid hex string

yep, when bitcointalk got hacked i forgot to change my password Someone changed the e-mail address to it, so i blocked the account so no one can use it. I contacted Cyrus and theymos, but no reply since november. I heard it take months to get a reply, so i just wait

I did everything as it should, I wrote the Cyrus waited 2 weeks, there was no answer, I wrote to the Theymos I waited 2 weeks for no answer, now I wrote it here.
