I've got a problem with the new format. I need to add a page break for each line. This was easy before, as I could take the last word ( post? ) followed by </A> and replace it . In the new format, the last word is variable, so it would require hand altering every line. There are two possible solutions. You could use lower case for the first link delimiter "</a>" and capitalise the final one "</A>". or you could add a special character at the end of the thread title text.

There are two possible solutions. I was in doubt: should this be in Meta or Reputation?The forum only shows a Merit summary for the past 120 days. In this topic, I'll post the full history (up to theymos' last data dump (updates on Friday)) for any user upon request. Merit abuse hunters may like this.Just use this format to post, and I'll post that user's full merit transaction history ASAP:Note: output data gets quite large, so only one userID per request please.Anyone not following the correct format will be ignored!My scraper will process each post only once. Editing will be ignored. I want to run it from a VPN instead of my desktop, that's why I hope to find a solution that works from the command line. Javascript sounds like it requires a browser, am I right? If you are interested i can show how on Monday. It is a nice idea nevertheless If it can run from the command line, I'd like to learn how. As an alternative, I'm now considering generating full merit histories for all users weekly instead of "on demand", but I'll need bigger file hosting. |

I didn't understand exactly your requirement, but basically this is what i had in mind and did in the end: I was talking about my need for a posting bot, all the rest I have covered. I now realize you were talking about something different. This is kinda what I was thinking about, if it'll be updated each week this will become a very nice collection over the years. Would you like to have my list of post Titles? It's only 4 MB, and contains 57k titles. Then i wanted to ask one more thing, do you happen to have a list of merit sources ready? So i spare mayself the job to make it somehow I know a few, and suspect a few, but didn't make a list. If a merit source wants it to be publicly known, I'll leave it up to them. |

Some of them will want to keep the information private, and may resign if it isn't

Hey Loyce Sorry I couldn't reply to your personal message been really busy IRL. If you remember I had messaged you about Data-Dump automation stuff which was somewhat like this.Can we automate this stuff? Uses just have to input their user-id and full merit history is retrieved.I can do the coding part if you tell me the logic how you sort the data from that given dump.

I have the information as well is actually a good idea indeed to add the title of the thread, ill show it as well as soon as i have time to make the changes. About the merit sources it kind of easy to spot them for the great part, but i'm just interested for the purpose of removing them from the merit data, since they cause spikes that "shadow" the rest of the data. |
