First of all we apologize for the terrible support we have given our users for the past few months.
Our company has undergone major changes in this time span.
We are recovering and we are back with a support staff and developers working on the site.
Our mining facilities have been 100% overhauled, we are currently mining with the newest technology available.
Mining was, is and always will be our #1 priority.
The chat box and the forums are being fixed, the support tickets are being resolved.

Seriously, people on bitcoin forums or on reddit are always saying how cloud mining is never profitable, but Scrypt.cc is profitable as hell (for now...). Especially with break-even point at 80 days, and that's without even putting your profits towards more KH/s. Plus the ability to sell your KH/s for BTC if you don't want them anymore.

I'm really hoping that the profitability stays this high on Scrypt.cc, but I think we all know the profitability will go down eventually, sadly...

Also hoping Scrypt.cc sticks around and doesn't shut down any time soon... a lot of cloud mining sites are up and running for a month or so and then either just shut down or scam everyone out of their coin. Scrypt.cc has been around for a while and they (kinda) have a reputation. I think those are good signs that they're not scamming, but the fact that the admin just disappeared like *poof* one day, stopped maintaining the website and stopped responding to support tickets and emails, just dropped off the face of the earth, (and left the website running, deposits, BTC/KHs transactions, mining, payouts, and withdrawals all working for the most part). That's just kinda odd. The admin didn't even respond to his staff members and they never got a couple of their paychecks (TheCleanGame worked for scrypt.cc at the time and he posted about it on his blog).

And now the admin randomly comes back 10 months later... weird... It would really suck if the site got hacked while the admin was gone

Whatever, as long as I'm profiting, I'm happy.

1. When you first created your scrypt.cc account, did you confirm your email address? It should have been an email from support@scrypt.cc with the subject "Please confirm your email address." It has a link you need to click to confirm your email. You need to have confirmed your email address before you can make withdrawals. It is also very possible (and obvious) that it could be in your email's spam or junk folder.

2. If you know that you confirmed your email address when you first created your account, then you should try using a different email address. I use a free gmail.com email address for my scrypt.cc account, and I receive all of their emails. Once you get a new email address, you obviously need to go into your scrypt.cc account settings and change your email to your new one (do NOT use the "Alternative Email" feature). Then you will have to confirm the new email address, and then try the "Resend Code" button again. It should send another email to your new address which you need to again confirm for each transaction.

Also, in your scrypt.cc settings, make sure you do NOT have an "Alternative Email". Sometime having and alternative email causes issues, so make sure "Alternative Email" is blank, and you only have 1 email address set it your settings.

If none of this works for you, then its probably going to be a very long time until support responds. The admin disappeared 10 months aho, and he literally just decided to come back yesterday, so he probably has a very long list of support tickets to go through.

LOL Just resend code and then check your SPAM folder, IT IS THERE.

Start with the first withdrawal,

Note:

Having an alternative email is OK, when you withdraw you will get a confirmation link to that email too, it just lands into the spam folder if you are using Gmail. Just take note that wait for both confirmation links to arrive before clicking them.

Around 9 months ago I was diagnosed with a serious health issue and my life changed in a blink of an eye, Within a couple of days I was hospitalized and there I stayed for the next 5 months.
The people that were left in charge did not do their role therefore the support part of the site was almost null. But in no time was the site abandoned, there was always people behind it.
Thankfully I've been out of the hospital and doing great, I did not make my "comeback" sooner as I have been very busy travelling to other countries and buying hardware directly from the manafactures and overhauling our whole mining infra-structure.

I am sorry that you had went into all that health issue Sir, are you Mr. Marcelo Santos, the owner of the Scrypt.CC? Wow! I am glad that I had heard you here and at least we know now what happened. But the most important thing is that you are now fine, I am dealing with a health issue as well and I just wanted to say is that I thank you very much, I like the way scrypt.CC as it is and not changing it is still OK but of course we also need some kind of communication too, maybe not a forum but a costumer support will be fine.

I will include you in my prayers because you already have changed my life in having the privilege to mine bitcoins with you> Long life and prosperity to us all and long live scryptCC.

lets go, I try to modificated email, my email is ocjunyor@yahoo.com, this email I use to register ok, I think I erase the email with I confirm my account, when I registred I confirm email and after that I delete, my box junk folder there is nothing there, no email, ifen spam, nothing about scrypt,

You can click that "cancel" after you clicked the resend and go to  your email that you used to register. That is only the way I can think of for you other than going to the spam folder if the confirmation link went there. Good luck.

Sometimes I have to resend code if my withdrawal doesn't get into my wallet, I also use alternative email so when I resend code I get two confirmation links which makes it more secure too.
