I need help ASAP. My account is called TriggerX. When I logged in it said Invald Name/ Password. Then I was like OK i'll just press forgot password. So I typed my email, and it said Email not found. WTF? I believe someone hacked my account and changed my password. Admin please help.

Have you opened a link from an e-mail, which promises free KHS?
Then you've fallen for a phishing site. Your KHS and BTC are highly likely gone.

The admin can not do much there. You would have to prove that the account really belongs to you. What will be difficult.

Open a new account and open a support ticket. Explain your case. Perhaps there is a way.

But I think it is unlikely. Everyone must inform in advance about possible dangers herself.
I know this sounds harsh, but if you're not careful, it's your own fault, I'm sorry.

No I most certainly did NOT! This happened overnight when I deposited 0.15BTC. When I woke up my account was gone. I did not click any emails whatsoever.

Okay.
Well, there are not many options. Either your password was too weak and was easy to crack. (Used the same password on multiple sites?)
Or your computer is compromised (virus, Trojan) or someone had access to your mail address, and simply let send a new password.

There was no access to the scrypt.cc server anyway. Otherwise more accounts would be affected.
A phishing site is just the most likely. Since at least 5 people already fell for it (which we know)

As i said, open a ticket. The admin is very helpfull. Wish you that it works.

Let´s say that my email is Rizla2345@gmail.com and my login at scrypt is Rizla2345. And I post here at the scrypt thread That´s a possible opening for the scammers right there. I get an email promising free hash, click some buttons and that´s that.

Or I could have registered the same email with some faucets and the scammers bought that list. Then they send emails to the list, strike some luck as per the above etc. Never fall so much in love with your nick that you use it everywhere.

To answer the question, I do not think so. There are too many scams, and admin still hasn't replied to my ticket yet.

Admin is often on chat during Brazil day.

One thing, every time I look, I've slipped another spot or two in the rankings.   Since I've bee reinvesting lately that means people are depositing and buying in more than the people that are leaving.

I second the recommendations. The Admin is on the chat during his/her day answering questions and helping out, tickets are being handled, mining is profitable.

And dyask, I'm experiencing the same thing. Even while auto-reinvesting I'm slipping a few spots per day, meaning the big fish keep depositing and investing.

You were a victim of a phishing scam, the email was not actually from Scrypt.CC and when you clicked the link and signed in it was a fake website that looks like Scrypt.CC which then takes your username/password to steal your khs's

I'm very sorry that I have to confirm this. It happened, unfortunately, as is written above.

So people actually logged into the fake site and used their PIN code too?

Have you made a ticket? And have you tried asking the Admin while he was available in the chat? This message board isn't monitored by the Admin.

Yeah, quite a few people got suckered into it, including a couple that I know of that should have known better.  They were so excited about getting 2FA that they didn't think.

Remember people (old and new alike): Never click a link in an email, unless you were expecting the link. And even then, if you get prompted for any information, don't do it. Always type the correct address for a website yourself.  Wink

Well I wasn't careful while working today and actually hit a phishing link in an email (not for scrypt.cc though.)   I realized what I did right away and was lucky it was only a redirect.   However I hit the power on the computer and ran 3 different scanners to ensure I didn't pick up some malware.  Scary stuff.

Could not log 2 days - invalid username \ password \ email
Created another account with him wrote in a support ticket - Today the answer: Hello, Your account has been hacked, We have changed your username to: *** and the password to: ***. Please login and change your password, email then lock your email address. Take care.
Logged into account - the balance is 1 Satoshi  =))
Clearly, it can be moved on the link by hackers etc.
It is not clear:
1.Date: 04/01/2015 01:27:12 | Type - sell
Transactions: 2015-03-31 22:34:01 | Type - withdraw
How can it be that the first money was removed, and after 3 hours power was sold? =))
2. Why\what for the administrator changed the name+password when it was broken and the balance is 0?
3. Why there was no notification to the postal address of the data changes in your account?
Wrote all the questions in a support - waiting for an answer
